I was blown away by the IWC Ingenieur last year. But I obviously can’t afford one, let alone the marked up price due to its popularity. That IX&DAO is definitely going on my future acquisition list. Looking forward to the full reviews of all three.
Great choice of three very different watches. I especially liked the dive watch. You have shown again that you don’t have to spend big money to look good. Thanks.
Hey buddy, really enjoy your content. I watch your videos on an Ipad and notice your video's volume has been very low these last videos. Bump them up plz, cause I cannot hear you talking
You know me Zeb, so you guess - out of this trio - i'm mostly interested to the dress Sugess, totally against the flow...😉 Great dial! Be well mate. Keep "shooting" us with all the novelties coming out of Aliland. Cheers.
I LOVE the IWC. I went to check it out but $12k?!?!? I didn't love it quite that much, lol. This looks like a beautiful homage. I think this moved onto my buy list.
IX&DAO seem to keep up the quality work. The Sugess dial is impresive but I don't understand the drilled lugs in a dressy watch, specially when they supply a strap with quick release. Too many Subs and GMTs still comming around. Regards
Dear Watcher. Can you recommend anyone who does modification requests for watches i.e. changes crystals, adding date window frames, changing out movements etc.? Many thanks
I see we share some dislikes - Market flooded with GMT's, and Cyclops. I already have one IX & DAO and am off to take a look at this one. I looked it's nice. Problem is price. I don't see it as being worth 33% more than their other well known homage I just bought: $377 CDN vs $282 CDN both after discounts. Both with PT 5000 movements (which I like)
I think its some time of eta clone or roley clone perhaps? Not too sure on it and not alot of info but its the same one used in alot of the hi end reps
when the factory makes and copy the exact model as original, they called it REPLICA/FAKES ; but when they change the name and put other name than the original, they called HOMAGE... LOL!
@@danielthegeek4582 There is minimal information on how durable the movement is. I feel more comfortable with the long term prospects of a movement like the Seiko NH 34 than I am with the Peacock.
@@frazzl Interesting, thanks. Not an expert on movements, so is useful to know. I looked up the movement and found some fairly basic info, but nothing more useful or constructive, and nothing in the way of reviews. I have a PT5000 in my daily driver, so I know what you mean about it being a much more known quantity.
That Sugess is best with no brand name on the dial for sure. I always have mixed feeling viewing these Aliexpress brand watches. On one hand they are fun and affordable. But on another I cant completely get over the fact that the designs often are completely stolen and apart from the name on the dial its basically replicas. I know they are called "homages" but lets be real here....
The level of finishing on the ixdao makes you question the prices asked by swiss watchmakers.

Do you mind to increase the microphone volume?🙏 please

Yeah ive been told numerous times, i dont know whats happening to be honest. Il mess with some equipment and see how to improve
Three very nice looking watches. Looking forward to the full reviews.
The price difference with the GMT is because the Pepsi bezel costs more to produce .Great reviews as usual
I have their GMT in the Batman excellent watch bracelet is very nice and overall quality is great
Tht ixdao looks incredible 👍👍
Nice choices.

Yeah the GMTs are annoying me
The AR always makes the date window appear drunk
Do you think the Steeldive 1970 is still the best value Dive Watch ?
Yeah definitely

I do a fair bit of modding but only seiko
if youre in Australia I can help out

Wait for the full review, its something else
I wonder if the dingdong peacock is an SW 330 clone

@@TheWatcherReviews SM uses a hi beat Hangzhou movement in its GMTs I wonder if this is similar
@brianmccord7387 i think the hangzhou is built different but same function, caller gmt
👌

Yes, you got it!
Peacock GMT movement = hard pass for me.
Any reason, out of interest?

Yeh, ur right there, i struggled to find basic info. The pt5000 has loads of info out there.
Therefore, totally unknown durability

Great content as always, but that volume 😢
Yeah i don't know whats going on with my volume recently 😕 its pissing me off how so many people can't hear

Yeh ofcourse we keep it real here, but we can only call them homages 😏
A replica would be all internals too to deceive, along with actual logos. Most of these homage use say NH35 or ST1901 movements. A huge difference.
