I wrote to Sugess recently tocomment on the "Glamour Master" branding...they assured me it would be changed...there was quick and engaged response from them.
You’re not wrong about the GMT bezel. It should be bidirectional, but not just friction based. It should have 48 detents (for each half hour in a 24 hour day).
Hey there. Thanks for the comment and support. I won't be using it to track more than another time zone on top what's displayed .. so it won't be doing much moving. Also there is one more other review of this on UA-cam that I could find and it appears that's how they all are. It does fall into place but I just wanted those clicks. No biggie. Thanks again
I adjusted mine and had no problem getting it to around +2 consistently.. they use a legit 7750. It’s made with at least some degree of quality and doesn’t have those hideous blue screws, hah!
I have a feeling that is going to be a paperweight with the 7750 mov, same mov on cheap Rolex replicas and they die unless the chronos at 3 and 9 are frozen from factory
I’ve had my top Chronometer for well over a year and no issues. They’ve been making the Asian 7750 for so long now, that’s it’s actually pretty durable and trustworthy at this point. I also have a couple other A7750 and no issues. One I’ve had for about 3 years and the chrono definitely gets used..
Sorry for the late reply. The watch is definitely worth buying, but for 500 euros there are other options out there, but just 3 handers that worth considering over this.
@@WatcheswithGeorge yeah but idk about seagull im afraid that after 5 years better to buy a new watch rather than service the mechanism cause its the same money .. also the design of daytona its rly good looking plus the 12 hour chrono
Hey Steve. The finishing on the case is amazing, it Hase a couple of "issues" or niggles that I feel might put people off. The bezel is bidirectional and it has no clicks, which is fine , it falls into place perfectly with a little play in between and the second thing is the bezel is not actually red is more vintage off cherry red, imagine a more vintage looking can of coke color 😂. I personally don't mind any of those but that's just something to consider. Everything else is just too good and the Pepsi variant is more expensive than the other ones. Thanks again
Right off the bat, that chronograph looks so much better than the Parnis and Pagani Daytona homages I've owned! I see they took the Vostok Amphibia path with their birectional bezel, not a fan of that.

What impresses me most with the chrono is the slimness of the case. IIRC, it's only 12.5mm thick - no small feat with an automatic chrono movement in the back. Apparently, it's a Dandong 4130 they're using which, according to a pic I found, is only 7mm tall with a dial installed. Pretty damn good for an automatic chrono-movement. I used to own the now discontinued Steinhart Paul Newman homage (ETA 2824 Top + DD2020 chrono module) and that watch was 19mm thick (and 42mm in diameter) and wore like a brick. Two or three mm were down to its top hat crystal, but the watch felt way too substantial given the dimensions of the original it was based on. It was beautifully made, and very accurate, but I think the Sugess gets so much closer to the original it is homaging. I don't think there's another mechanical Daytona homage out there that comes close to the Sugess' dimensions and proportions. The only thing it would need is a bit of work on the dial. I don't like the font of the text (looks like the lettering you'd find on a food court's Chinese restaurant) and it could use a splash of color near the 6 o'clock to add some visual interest.

Sugess (Chinese pronunciation of suggest?) could improve their appearance so much by have a nice logo and a meaningful name. And Seestern / cistern... no matter how hard they try, they never get it RIGHT. If I may, skip that awful "music". I'd rather just hear your thoughts. You could add some royalty-free classical music instead if you want a sound carpet.

Nice watches both but the bezel insert on the GMT Is not fully ceramic. Blue part is but red part is plated.
The new one has fully ceramic bezel insert though.

I'd buy the chronograph if it didn't say chronometer. I've already contacted them about this and they said that they'd look into it?

I think cronos clicks, quite like the sugess 60s hommage chrono, the 7750 clone daytona is the one here 👌
