You are so awesome! I’ve been following you since Hackintosh days… did not realize you are a musician too!! I play keys. You’re so full of knowledge. Thanks so much for all you do!!
I stopped using Pro Tools when they went into subscription model. Still have an old TDM system, which I couldn't use anymore and just sold my MBox Pro 3 for lack of support. So I bought a Mac Studio and an RME audio interface. They're the best and support you for many, many years. I'm sure it's the last interface I will use in my life :) Now I use Logic for audio and MuseScore replaced Sibelius.
@manlioyllades - well, I don't agree with the RME. I have one client and for him I help to configure monster production system based on RME RayDat DSP and it's a pain. As well as their drivers and support = my personal experience
@@morgonaut I understand. Still, my main point is they don't end in the landfill while in perfect working condition because of lack of drivers updates.
@@morgonaut As far as I know, there are two types of drivers: DriverKit for the Silicon Macs and kernel extension for the old ones. I'm using the later on Ventura on my Mac Studio with no trouble, but it seems Apple is going to remove support for them on future updates. That's why RME had ti develop the new ones. You could also check the RME forums.

Hey Teresa, I'm not usually an Avid fan (to be honest, I kinda hate it, lol), but I found this video really interesting! What I liked about it was the workflow and techniques being shared. By the way, just wanted to share that the Avid cable mentioned in the video is actually called Digilink. Thanks for sharing your knowledge
@darioalejandro180 - Dario thank you for your opinion. and very nice comment! 💜🙏🎸 As I said in this video I also cursed Avid in recent years, but fact is they were very generous to me, their support was great and Pro Tools is best sounding DAW I ever worked with. And yeah, thank you for naming the cable :) I could not remember the name in this video, but it is still the same cable they use for ages.
@@morgonaut Haha yeah, that first part of the video was so funny 😆! I could relate. I'm glad they were nice to you, since you're always sharing information to help others fix this type of issues. @darioalejandro180 - I personally switched from Logic to Pro Tools because the sound from Pro Tools is simply much better.
