How many coolers for a whole cow?

How many coolers do you need for a whole cow?
Info:
1 whole cow live weight 1200 lbs
1 whole cow hanging weight 618 lbs
1 whole cow processed 395 lbs
I fit the 395 lbs into (3) 120 quart Igloo coolers. Cooler Dimensions: 38.3"L x 17.4"W x 17.8"H The way I arranged the beef was all the ground beef that came in 1 lb packages into one cooler. The rest of the cuts I arranged into the other 2 coolers. I placed the majority of the steaks and smaller cuts at the bottom and then covered with the Roasts and larger meats.
To keep everything frozen, I placed a towel across the tops of the meats and tucked in corners and sides. This keeps the meat from getting freezer burned by the dry ice. I used (3) 8-10lb blocks of dry ice for each cooler. Total of 9 blocks. I spend about $245 on dry ice. If I was only going a short distance or 1 day in coolers then I wouldn’t used the dry ice. I would use regular ice. But I traveled from Kansas to Florida at 88-90 degrees and the beef was in the coolers for 4 full days.
I have tried dry ice and regular ice combined at bottom of coolers before but I have had the regular Ice melt and then everything sits in water and makes a mess.
Lastly, remember to strap down or keep the tops firmly tightened. The dry ice evaporates into gas and that can push the tops of coolers open and then once they are open the cool air seeps out. So the tighter the seal the better.
How many coolers for 1/2 a cow? Once I sorted out half the beef I repacked into (1) 120 qt cooler and (1) 72 qt cooler and then was perfect. Just incase you need that as well.
