- The shoulders can only rotate around 30 degrees left or right relative to your hips. The ridicules numbers of hips to shoulder rotation by the PERCEPTIONISTS teachers are so far from reality that they should be embarrassed. They should have to pay for all your medical bills from the injuries they cause.

l am glad your channel popped up and l clicked because this had been a big question to me how were we taught to swing. To me, it's hard to coordinate the left half and the right half of our body because to me as we swing we are managing/transferring torque/tension etc. from our left side to our right side and the spine in the middle meaning l have pain in my lower back due to the way we are taught to swing a stick. It can't be that complicated lol.
The traditional torque the back to the shoulders and then rotate as hard as you can virtually guarantees injury to a large number of golfers. Body rotation is very slow and contributes very little to clubhead speed.
Good work Jack; only by and through the law can true freedom be found
A logical interpretation of science provides the knowledge to know reality. In golf, it can keep you from years of ineffective practice and prevent the injuries associated with hip spinning.
