54 reps of 143kg, I barely can't comprehend that.
In my last DL session I did two sets of 3 with 143kg and I can still feel it haha.
Rauno is just a different breed of human.

Judging by how 476 moved, if you focus on max deadlift only and you dont get injured. i think you got 505kg in you. Good luck on upcoming comps rauno:)

Hey Rauno. Do you have footage from the deadlift in Arnold South America 2019? You won that event with 14 reps on a 400kg 18 inch deadlift. Never could find the footage of this.
