- In this video, we follow the journey of a young patient who has a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Janjua. We meet patient prior to surgery where Dr. J goes over what changes he'll make to the nose. Then we follow the patient on surgery day, and through several months after to see how her nose has changed.

She looks really pretty, before and after. Her nose is vastly improved, she wanted certain areas addressed and they were.
Her nose looks naturally done. His conservative approach is well rewarded in her final results. She shouldn't look so sad about the outcome as its still probably a little swollen. But even so her nose perfectly fits her face and doesn't look overdone, just right.
this almost made me cry its so hard to find the right surgeon im gunna really look into this guy i hope hes the right one finally

Beautiful, beautiful girl. It must be difficult when such a gorgeous girl wants to subtly improve her already lovely face like this. Very nice job to not ruin her overall very harmonious face despite how she felt about her nose to begin with. Looks very natural and subtle, keeping the same character to her face, just a more refined version of her nose, which then brings out her other lovely features even more!. 10/10 (to both of you!!!)

Totally! I'm a 38 male and I have accepted my nose over my lifetime but there was always a desire there to change it. Just of late I have I've been interested in changing it. I'm still researching doctors but seems like I will eventually do it soon.

Thank you for this video. I am being referred to a plastic surgeon and see him this week to discuss my options. I had an inverted papilooma removed in February and in my recovery learned he also removed a bone in my septum. My cartledge has collapsed due to bone removal and I cannot breath.

She was already beautiful to begin with. I'd say like a 9.5. I do think that surgery did make her even more beautiful. I hope she doesn't do any more plastic surgery to herself. Her face is now a solid 10.

Does she have a deviated septum? My nose looks like hers and my left septum is very narrow, and really makes it difficult for me to breath and speak. I like this Dr, he seems really knowledgeable. I didn't know that they give Xanax. I think that is a very good idea. I think that her confidence has really been improving. Good choices!!
The nose looks great & very natural. She’s clearly happy with the result. Personally I’d be a little disappointed as the change is so minor and it worries me that if I go ahead with a rhinoplasty I won’t get the result I want 🤔🙁

I love how dr janjua is always so kind and thorough... He made her look more beautiful.I really want to send my pictures to dr janjua and ask for his advice as I have had 2 rhinoplasties and both were a fail.. I had nostrils resized and somehow some area of skin on the nostrils are not being attached no matter how many times doc stitch them ( got them stitched 3 times) I want him to guide me what I should do next .. Is it true that there will be difficulty in breathing after 5 to 10 years of rhinoplasty
2---Speeder grafts that are made up of nasal cartilage will dissolve or move from place to place after a few years.
3-- can we massage the nose like before after 5 months?
4-- On massaging the nose, the speeder graft has the possibility that it will move somewhere and we will start having trouble in breathing.

i’m 16 and my surgery was yesterday morning...how is she in no pain! i threw up twice, have pain in my jaw, teeth, throat, head, and tip of my nose. my surgeon did not even break my nose he just operated on the tip. i guess i just wasn’t lucky haha.
how old was this girl because I'm fourteen and I have a bit of a wide nose and same, when I smile my nostrils flare out like hers. I'm really insecure about so I always wanted to have this done but I thought I needed to be older.

The nose job was good but it would be better, she was worried about the hump and she is right, it need to be fixed. To be honest don't like 100%, I may say it is 80% good.

From what I observed on this video... The patient is NOT happy with the surgical results. The doctor is happy with the results, but the paying customer has a disappointed expression. Additionally, the doctor is saying they can address the hump that still remains on her nose IF she does NOT like it, but I am sure this was the initial purpose of the surgery. This is a very poor result and the arrogance of the doctor to speak for the patient is inappropriate....
She is stupid to do a noise surgery. It is her fault. She was very beautiful and her noise was perfect before surgery.
