How long did I have to go without wearing glasses after this procedure? When I had my first rhinoplasty, I went six months without them. Will I need to wait another six months if I undergo rasping as well?
For me my primary rhino was $9K and in office revision was $1.5K. But I think it would be more for an in office procedure if you didn’t previously go to that surgeon for a primary rhino.

I wanted a new slim nose, so I would not be reminded of the horrible names I was called as a young girl, even into adult life. Never heard the word attractive😔😔😔. I believe my features is why I'm not attractive to men? 18 years is a long time never to be approached. Can you help me?
I had a rhino but the bump i came for was still there. He did this scraping on my nose now the bump is gone but he scraped to much of the side tip of the nose now i got a hole there so it really didnt brought me anywhere.

The update is this I got alot of discomfort in my nose ( pain, pressure , light headaches) I went to see 3 doctors allready 2 of them told me they can do nothing about it. The third doctor gave me 3 injections in my nose to numb the area where it hurts last week and i got some nose spray but its not getting any better. It is probably nerve damage. Conclusion: So I went to the doctor a few years ago to make my nose straight again and I ended up being a patient with chronic pain in my face that is making my life miserable. The doctor told me the risk of complication is very small and it will be okay. I told him yes the risk is indeed small but if something happends there is almost nothing you can do about it. Even the doctor who operated my nose send me home he can not help me any further because pain treatment is not his deparment. I hope people will read this and think twice before they do surgery. I know if you are not happy with the shape of your nose it can be an obsession almost but I promise you its nothing if you live with pain day in day out. I hope every day I wake up with my old crooked nose and it was all a bad dream but its not I need to learn how to live with this and it is very hard and depressing atm.
Are there any surgeons in Australia who do this? I have resected cartilage in the dorsum that was built up during primary rhinoplasty many years ago, which showed up as a bony irregularity once the swelling subsided. Not wanting to undergo a full revision due to the cost, the potential vascular damage to my thin skin, the downtime etc. All I want is for someone to shave it down, but they all seem eager to make $20,000 out of me!
I went for this procedure after a slight bump on the nose reappeared after the rhinoplasty. And the bump is much worse now than it was. I regret it very much. Two more calluses formed on both sides of the bridge. I wish I had left it the way it were. Don’t recommend this.
@@angeladita Hm, that is pretty early tho. Your body might absorb them this time 🤞🤞 I'm also way ahead of myself haha, I'm 8 weeks after my rhino and have a pea sized bump on my bridge that feels like a scab and some bumps on the sides where the bones were broken. We just have to wait 😩
@@nieniemiauw the first one which initially formed one month after the rhinoplasty never went away. That’s why he scrapped my bridge- huge mistake and I don’t recommend it. It only got me another 3 callouses and now it looks way worse. It’s like he aggravated the bone with this technique.
@@angeladita I'm sorry, that sucks 😩. Hopefully they will get smaller a bit in a few months. Mine also showed up after a month when some swelling went down, but it is a lot smaller than the hump a had before so if it stays I'll probably have to have peace with it 🙃. This whole video also scared me haha

What did you give the patient prior to the local anesthetic? She didn't move AT ALL when you were injecting her nose with the local anesthetic.

I am curious just how much the tip will swell. The amount of time is takes to go down, I couldnt imagine doing it all over gain.

Most likely not because the work is done to her bridge and she likely has some spreader grafts to prevent inverted v deformity.
I had a rhiniplasty a year ago and ky doctor wants to do this in theater, does it mean he will cut my nose open again?

I'm sure you could get it done in Turkey for a fraction of the price, rhinoplasty around £1500 I think, especially for a small in-office procedure
