So, I figured to configuration of the music. However, when I plug in my USB and started to upload my music, I received notifications that certain features (elements of the analyzed and pre-configured music) would only be available on specifiek turntables. What is that all about? I though it would simply copy all the tags, etc.
PSA: .....so a great thing to start off with would be to ensure that your usb is formatted to FAT format FIRST as my music catalogue was on the same drive as the usb i was intending to export it to so when i set all my cue points loops etc. only to come to the end and find out the source folder that rekord box had remembered all my cue points from had to be erased and reformatted to FAT......so starting all over again............................
I have a SanDisk ExtremePro USB 2.0 128gb USB Drive. None of my Offline- Stored Beatport or SoundCloud files are exporting to this USB Drive in Rekordbox. They're not even showing up as options to export when I switch to Export mode in Rekordbox. I've tried formatting the USB drive in both FAT32 and exFAT. Note that two tracks that were straight up mp3's I bought on Amazon in my Rekordbox playlist DID Export. Just tracks I downloaded from Beatsource and SoundCloud for Offline Use through Rekordbox did not Export. Rabbit hole.

When exporting to USB, do you have to copy the music separately onto the USB? I ask because my music folder is over 4GB, and I exported all of my playlists/tracks onto the external USB and only see it using 4.2 MB. That's a big discrepancy. And what does your USB look like after you export your playlists from RekordBox onto it?
Hi, I think you're asking if your music copies onto the USB when you export? If so then yes, all the songs will be copied onto the USB with the extra data that Rekordbox writes (Cue Points, Loops, Etc, etc) Hope that helps!
Hi, thanks for the video, but I'm still facing some problems, as I used to use traktor before. I just bought the pioneer Rx3, and bought USB 128gb as I want to play only with USB, but for some reason not managing for the songs to be read/link with the recordbox?? I dont know where the prob is.
I just bought DDJ 800 i have serato dj but they said its not compatible for the 800 i have to use recordbox i need to.learn how to download the software and my usb that has my music on them.
How do you ensure that the entire track order you had on rekordbox playlist on your laptop, will show up in the exact same order when you plug in your usb on a new hardware? Thanks for the awesome videos.
Whatever order you have it in on rekordbox, that will be the order it’s exported on. From there you’d just need to organize by track number on whatever hardware you’re using.
Can any one tell .I have 2 pendrive 1st pendrive i insert to laptop and I cue it ok but the problem i inserted 2nd pendrive .i already cue my songs in 1ST pendrive BUT how will i copy to 2nd pendrive .x.x.x..x.x.x.x.x.x..xx..x..x 2nd doubt If I cue my song in pendrive it's show cue in rekordbox but the problem it doesn't show in my computer, pendrive? Plsssss help me Buddy ❤❤❤❤❤
When the fuck did ANYONE say "If you aren't on a Laptop you can't deejay". Thats always been such a crutch for new DJs lol jesus. Laptop as an accessory, but you shouldn't need visualizations or BPM calculations. Learn the trade, don't rely on the tools.

So the memory cues are saved on usb stick so you can use them in cdj but hot cues (A, B, C..) are temporary?
My memory loops aren't triggering even though I set them to active. Not sure why. Any ideas? Thanks for the awesome videos.

Klick the #-Colum then u can rearrange all tracks as u wish.
I did have everything on my usb (from rekordbox) and delete all and want to start over on my usb. But now my usb dont show up anymore 🤔 any tips?
Re format you usb make sure you’re using fat 32
