Our human babies need this kind of closeness, bonding during their baby years. Not many get that bonding, they go straight to the babysitter / day care.
I'll forever be in total awe of Mother Nature...Such heartwarming footage...I almost feel like I'm "melting" with emotion...

@Dee Sorrento I know you didn't ask me but I'd like to tell you mine. I'm 73 and was partially blind, I can now see out of my left eye after cataract and glaucoma surgeries, still blind in right eye. I discovered UA-cam and tablets, found videos about primates and I'm totally in love with baby primates. Some people like soap operas but give me videos of baby monkeys (chimps, orangutans, gorillas) and I'm in heaven. 🙋🙋🙋🙋

Officially she is called 'Mies', typical dutch. She got her name because of a name contest. A friend of mine calls her 'grace' and I love it. But it's indeed a beautiful healthy baby with a lovely mum!

В зоо их сохраняют, вовремя подкармливать детеныша, следят за здоровьем, один альфа и вся семья вокруг, сохранят вид этих обезьян по они долге живут в зоо, детенышь вы безопасности, как самцы входят в половозрелость и подбирают самку и они см оздают свою семью , куча малышей, все правильно, ктотне знает ,и пусть не нагнетает, зоо для них благо, в дикой природе они исчезают

Desde luego qué á estos animales solo les falta hablar ,para ser como los humanos ,porque inteligentes son y mucho ,pero me da mucha pena verlos fuera de su hábitat no se merecen estar recluidos en un zoo,deverian estar libres ,pero como los humanos somos tan toca ,P, y no los podemos dejar ,tranquilos ,,pero no solos a los gorilas á todos los mamiferos ,es una lastima ,como los cazan ,para sacar,dinero ,y qué no haya leyes para todos los cazadores furtivos ,pero como todo lo tapa el puto dinero , primero paz y después gloria ,
