I agree, Planes Trains and Automobiles was one of the funniest movies ever! It must be weird to live in a home that was used in a movie. What beautiful homes. Especially the Home Alone house! Loved all of Hughes' films. I was shocked when he died so young. Can't wait to see your visit to his grave at some point! Great job!!
The Graveyard Guy I was right near his grave but was running out of daylight . I’m gonna film it next time I’m in Chicago . When we hang out I’ll quote full scenes from PTandA for you if you like ! Lolol. Got your message on Twitter and I’ll text u Sunday since I’m working all day and night tomorrow (Saturday ). Gotta pay for these videos and trips somehow 😂
I love John candy and he did amazing job with movies and I love uncle buck movie it’s funniest 🤣 movie ever and thanks for sharing Scott and you did amazing job too
Awesome that you go to see the Home Alone house. They have had construction going on for over 2 years and had scaffolding etc up in front making it almost invisible. I live about 30 minutes from that area. So beautiful at Christmas time
I miss John Candy . Hes one of my favorite's . He was hilarious . In that movie Splash he would drop his change to look up women's dresses and skirts . LOL
Again, I just love all the work you put into these videos! I loved all of these movies....Uncle Buck and Home Alone are my favs. I can just picture John Candy pulling up in that car of his that back fires all the time 😊I sure do miss him ~RIP 🇨🇦
Snoopy Kehler aww I had shots of the car in front of the house that I was going to put in but I decided to streamline the video instead . It was 45 minutes edited down to 17 lol. A lot of me rambling on and on and showing little specific parts but I slashed and cut it all down . Maybe I’ll put out a longer edit just for you sometime Alma! And yes I love John Candy too. I got to meet him when I was young and he was so sweet. I have a picture somewhere and when I find it I’ll scan it and throw it in a video someday . I went to his grave last year but didn’t like how the video turned out so I’m going to redo it later this month . Thanks for watching! 🇨🇦 💛

I love the fact he brought up Uncle Buck showing up at the wrong house. That was a funny part of the movie and oh yeah giving the principal a quarter to have some rat chew that thing of her face.
When I was a kid and watched all of Mr. Hughes’ movies....I thought how much the homes looked like they could have been in Grosss Pointe, Michigan. Well come to find out he was born in Grosse Pointe! So I think there is a connection for sure! Love this video!! So many memories!!!! Thx!
You see in home alone the pizza guy worked for lil Nemo's. Probably couldn't use little ceasar. Plus look in ferris bueller Cameron wearing Gordy Howe's number. Didnt they film gross pt.blank. alot in Michigan I believe.
Wow I love that you’re in front of the sixteen candles home I like that movie and preaty and pink. My late mom loved that movie. I loved molly ringwalds movies period.
Eagle Eyes aww I wish your mother could have seen the house for herself . It’s such a cool street . Thanks so much for watching as always and here’s to your mother Eagle ! 🥂 🥂
One of my families Thanksgiving traditions is watching Planes Trains and Automobiles. I could recite every word from that movie. It is the best. I love that you are showing homes from all these great movies. Awesome video!
You do such a great job. Just watched She is having a baby about a week ago. Cried my eyes out, hahahaha. All great movies Uncle Buck is friggin awesome and Home Alone. Thanks so much for all the time you put into these
Yes John Hughes did create the 80's movies! I loved all of his movies my favorites are 16 Candles and Pretty in Pink. I just saw part of Planes, Trains & Automobiles on TV the other night and can't even guess how many times I watched Home Alone just during this past holiday season. He had so many stars that went on to become even bigger later in movies. Great vlog!

Ashleigh M yes that’s definitely a Christmas film for sure but Planes, Trains is the perfect film to watch in late November around the USA’s thanksgiving. And it’s always a good time to watch Sixteen Candles 🎂. Hope you’re well over in England Ashleigh!
OMG! I'm such a super fan of John Hughes, and especially Sixteen Candles. Just thought of this while watching, Macaulay Culkin was in a few John Hughes movies, and close friends with my favourite musician, Michael Jackson. Like I mentioned before, my youngest daughter has loved Sixteen Candles since she was 3. I had it on in my bdrm, left the room to go do something and she went in and watched it. The other night the first Home Alone was on, and now my little guy is a big fan of Mr Hughes also. My older kids love Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Ferris Bueller's Day Off (One of my dad's favourite movies of all time), and Uncle Buck. His movies are timeless! Love this video!
Lisa Marie that’s right Lisa , Macaulay and MJ were good buddies . Say hi to your kids for me and that’s awesome that they are fans of John Hughes films! Planes, Trains, and Automobiles I kid you not the funniest part in the movie was when they caught a ride in the back of the pickup truck with the mean dog watching over them and at the end they were iced over from the cold ride including the dog was but it still was locked in watching them. And oh yeah, “You’re going the wrong way”. “What?”

One of my dreams is to travel to Chicago and do a John Hughes your going around to the houses and sites where he filmed his movies and to also visit the Risky Business house (I live in Sydney, Australia so can’t just drive there). Also I’d explore Chicago and see Lake Michigan from one of the vantage points on the North Shore. From what I’ve seen in videos and pictures, the Chicago North Shore looks inviting and beautiful.
Dude how do you get so much money to travel? It's pretty cool but what 100 trips in a few years or so. Great videos and find btw I'm jealous if you can't tell!
I don’t really give out addresses when I find locations as these are private homes but the addresses are readily available online and the owners don’t usually mind pictures /videos being taken . Thanks for watching !

Such great movies. One of my fav quotes "bring me back something french!" I say that to anyone going on a trip😄 and how sweet are you to help out with the car wash- those girls seem so great👍🏻
Christina Kopcsos haha I forgot about that line , I had to rewatch the scene! Too funny lol. And yes they were indeed great young ladies doing a wonderful thing for their community. I was happy to help .
Hello Scott sweetie ❤
Dude how do you get so much money to travel? It's pretty cool but what 100 trips in a few years or so. Great videos and find btw I'm jealous if you can't tell!

You should do national lapoon Christmas vacation
"I don't believe this, I have a trig midterm tomorrow and I'm being chaesd by Guido the killer pimp." - Miles from Risky Business 😄

Do a fliming location of home alone 3
Might want to give address . Otherwise it’s just a house
I don’t really give out addresses when I find locations as these are private homes but the addresses are readily available online and the owners don’t usually mind pictures /videos being taken . Thanks for watching !
You should do thelma and loise movie. Locations. Scott.
She’s having a baby :” don’t forget to tell him how I feel about his girlfriend!”
