    Tested RLT on my 17 y/o dog who could barely walk. After a few weeks of RLT, she is able to run a dozen feet now. Absolutely amazing.

    The photos showed exposure from the front of the face. Is that the method the studies used? Wouldn’t exposure to the top or side of the skull be more effective? The PBM devices marketed for specifically for cognition all seem to be helmets.
    How about doing another video about benefits for dementia? I have mild cognitive impairment at this point and wonder whether I really need a helmet device, since a panel also is usable for the whole body. Thanks.

    Most important question... Wich wavelength is most efective?
    You cant just randomly use any red lamp

      630nm, 660nm, and 850nm appear to be the most effective.

    You've not said if it needs to be done on the head or face etc? Thanks

    What red light device do you recommend for optimal brain penetration?

      @mychondria  Рік тому +1

      The MyLight MIDI and MyLight MAX are the most powerful units, and also include both red and bear-infrared, meaning deeper penetration.
      They emit the same light intensity, but differ in surface area. You can find them both here:

    Bro you can’t say stuff like deeper or performed better. Those terms mean nothing when talking about scientific devices. Even just saying red light isn’t enough. You need to talk about wavelengths of red light because different wavelengths have very different effects.

      That’s why the channel has more than one video 👍🏼

    Somehow I hope it doesn't. I mean, there's a reason we've got hair.

      We hope it be does, since it helps the mitochondria in the brain (and the near-infrared doesn’t heat our tissues 😉)
