  • @Jay_Ducker

Thank you if you have subscribed to the channel and let me know if you'd be interested in me delving in more on how to build a photography channel on UA-cam?

  • @RG-bx3cn

I would 100% sign up for the course, especially being a fellow introvert and wanting to get into basic street photography. And also because of you, I’m saving up for the Ricoh camera you have. Thanks Jay, keep it up.

  • @Completelyflaccid

As a fellow introvert and generally anxious dude I've just found your channel and you are nailing it on so many levels. You've sold me on looking to try out a camera with a form factor like the one you use for all the reasons you described. Kudos from Brisbane, Aus.

  • @IFrancyISantosI

I love to watch Thomas Heatons old videos to see how much process he personally made from being absolute any with people around to be almost normal.

  • @sarahcounihan

    🙌 Very helpful thanks Jay!

  • @slippinjimmothy

I've been following for some time and really enjoy your work. I think introverts offer great perspectives. Definitely keep doing what you're doing!

  • @patrickispeppa

Keep going, you're doing well! I'm sure if you bite through the hard beginning you'll make it as a youtuber! :)

  • @kianhowyoa5526

Totally relate to being really awkward on camera(still am) and great to see how you've grown with the channel. As I've mentioned before, love your authenticity and down to earth(ness). You'll do well mate, I'm sure of it!

  • @JackieDElia

I can so relate to this. I’ve had my channel for 6 months and it has been a wonderful yet very challenging experience. I have not tried filming in public yet but would like to. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience. 😊

  • @petratihelkova1276

Yes, yes and yes….I love taking photos and I love Ricoh ❤ and I am going to Bali soon too

  • @IntrovertAmateur

You popped up in my recommendations this week and this video resonated soo much with me!!! After having two beautiful daughters I was able to pick up my channel again after some time and try my best to grind videos out as good as possible with the limited possibilities I have regarding skills on camera etc. I experienced everything you said and since English is my third language aka not mother tongue, I even have more of these „meditation“ pauses, since I have to figure out the sentence I want to communicate in English 😅

  • @abadjoseph

These sound like proper creative TOOLS! Thanks for the content.

  • @heyfabe.photos

I’d jump on that course! Even the one-on-one.

  • @larsingrain

I agree with your comment on that society is weird sometimes. I had a Ricoh griii-x some time ago, and even my friends would say 'why do you only have just that tiny camera?' And they aren't even interested in photography! Eventually I sold it because I wanted to be able to change lenses, but I would love to come back to it in the future as a second camera. Your videos make me excited to go out and shoot, so keep up the great work🙌

  • @agumonkigurumi2670

Very helpful, many thanks, still having a quite hard time to take photos of people on street, but will keep trying.

  • @blutac318

    Hi Jay,

  • @babyboy1971

Totally ageee with you. I shoot all my pro work on a Fuji XT5 and an X100 V. I just got a GoPro and I’m about to get a pocket 3. I’m going all small. Gave up big DSLR’s years ago. I’m 52 and my back hurts too much for a bag full of heavy gear. I shot my last family session entirely on my X100V and it was brilliant. Gonna start my UA-cam asap. PS: I also shoot on my Sony ZV1, and that camera is also a lovely stills camera.

  • @DennisDomingo

thanks Jay for the video. Roman Fox loves the OSMO pocket 3. I want to get the ricoh gr3x too but it's backordered every where in the US

  • @Mrcricketman34

Really great video! Sound advice. I'd love to see a breakdown of how you're able to find yourself while out traveling? Is it just income from UA-cam and the zines or did you save up loads beforehand to give you a buffer etc?

  • @billlo9835

Thank you for your sharing. Im working to establish my channel
