Where you going to buy rollerskates at goodwill? Everyone keeps telling me buy new not used, don't street skate in suregrip boxers, mostly no ankle support. Do you think ankle braces might help me feel at home on the streets.
Yeah! I was totally going to goodwill to see if I could find skates. And sure maybe not best for your first pair, because if you don’t have experience with skates it would be harder to tell a good pair from a cheap or ruined one, but I’m sure there are plenty of perfectly fine pairs at goodwill! Just have to find them!
How much is on that bar when you're doing those overhead squats? I've been doing overhead press trying to work up to handstand push ups and it's a long road!
I think that rep was 200 but I went one more for 205 I think. I have been doing a lot of extra hspu strict and shoulder press with dbs because I am still working on getting better at strict hspu
