    I think I can say for myself & a lot of people that this is what we needed to hear!! The world is so “ noisy” with all the critics and it’s tough to shut them out & stay focused, separate judgment from reality..BUT your power is YOU. Don’t forget that ❤ great podcast!!

    Incredible insights from someone on the early part of his journey! Love continuing to see individuals in their 20's push back against the status quo of late nights and partying and instead finding true connection and prioritizing health & wellness. KEEP GOING, Luke!

    Love your work, brother's you inspire and educate me into hybrid athlete life, Iv planned 8 weeks off starting next Month just to train and focused purely on working on iron Man training 70.3 first Busselton 2024.
    Got me a go pro 12 black , and a hover air x1 drone, electronic scooter so much more to make training videos with my basic knowledge iv learnt from tube so excited iv been preparing this training block holiday idea while now ,just doing it!

      @@lildurk35 so, did Usain Bolt win because he just worked harder than anyone else? Or perhaps did genetics make a difference in his performance? Hard work only goes so far. And then you need the right genetics too in order to get the best performance. 10s of thousands try to play football, try go to practices, lift weights …. , only a small percentage make the best performers.
