I listen to content 24/7 ( almost) obviously you dr mike alot of other nutritional scientist, phycologist self help ..ect reading tiny habits roght now. Or listening to it on my run ( but been wokring on this one a while. Lol) i go to bed meditating videos. I will liten to anything everything..if its trash injust leave it.then i put what i hear into action.. love your pod cast ..you have let .e find myself as a "hybrid athlete" before you i was lost this world of just improving my body ..so thank you
