Article 29.4.3° states as follows:The State may become a member of the European Atomic Energy Community (established by Treaty signed at Rome on the 25th day of March, 1957).It does not mention "the supremacy over any national law" which I'm looking for. Please, somebody tell me where I go wrong.
LEGAL QUESTION FOR EVERYONE IN IRELAND. Energy weapons are in use and abuse throughout the Republic of Ireland. No laws have been enacted which recognise and deal with the existence and abuse of these aforementioned energy weapons which are in use and abuse throughout the Republic of Ireland. Why are there no laws which recognise the existence and abuse of these aforementioned energy weapons throughout the Republic of Ireland and who is responsible for enacting such laws and where are the men and women who are responsible for enacting such laws located and what are their legal names and what are their permanent legal addresses and where are their current locations and what are their current occupations.
You do have a right to record Gardai in public places. No law prohibits recording people without their consent in public, and it might only become a crime if you’re persistently doing, in which case it might become harassment, but that probably won’t apply for recording the gardai in cases where you’re concerned about their conduct. You cannot however record a conversation between other people, if none of the parties in the conversation consent to it. This means recording you or your friend in conversation with the gardai would be legal (presuming your friend consents) but recording a conversation between two unconventional Gardaí would be illegal. So to summarise, you do have a right to record the Gardai, with the exception of recording conversations between themselves with no consenting parties. Hope that clears things up.
