Hi Law students, I was wondering if someone could clarify one detail for me: I have understood from this video that on the policy making process the judicial court that has the power to act as a 'veto player' due to unconstitutionality is the Supreme Court, and not the High Court. Is that correct? I am a Social Policy student trying to find my way through these concepts. Thanks a million.
