People have been combining halo's design with star wars since halo 3 days. It always amazed me how well the 2 blend with eachother. These all look stunning
This goes above and beyond just being good at emulating the Halo style, but being able to so elegantly merge competing styles into a singular design without alienating the initial influences is an incredible talent. These Star Wars designs have really elevated your design work to another level.
Definitely want to see the Bad Batch Halofied in the next video! I can totally see them rocking MJOLNIR versions of their armor!

I think it would be cool if he did Bad Batch to include some Raksasha elements to it
plus rex, the air assault clone armor, and the spec ops clone armor
Also I love how you added a scope and bipod to the SAW. You made the SAW look even better than it did in Halo 4-5!
I think spartanifying Mass Effect helmets would look sick. Especially the N7 helmet. Other suggestions for Mass Effect would be Quarian Helmet, ME2 Merc Helmet, LOKI Mech and Cerberus Assult Trooper Helmet.
Halofied Sith designs? The Old Republic has a lot of really cool armors and I'd love to see something like a Revan or old Republic armor
I love these designs! I’ve seen some people just slap a clone helmet on spartan armor and the two clashing horribly but these work and integrate so well I am in love I never though these two could work so well until now!
Honestly this one might be your best yet. I'm not a Star Wars person, but the way you adapt these designs was absolutely stunning. Mind-blowing, even ! I'm torn between which of the phases are my favourite out of the ones you made, but the galactic marine design is absolutely TOP !!!!!! Way to go ! Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

@@Wernissage btw imo you didnt break the attacment rule for the Galactic Marine as the kilt would act as a waist/utility, kind of like the katanas on the yoroi armor core

With these redesigns, I'd like to imagine a crossover where the republic and the UNSC met and teamed up against the Covenant and that certain clone troopers who had excelled in the battlefield were rewarded with the option of becoming Spartan IV's and that this was what their armor would have looked like.
Oni gonna do some glowie things with the republic and also commission clone army of master chief
I'd absolutely love to see armours based off of Half-Life / Portal, the Fallout Universe or Dsco Elysium Fairweather T-500 ceramic armour

I see the leg cape, and now I want to see it implemented into Halo Proper, maybe as a way to have armored platings loosely fit around there for extra protection?

I LOVE the phase 1 design that you went with! I think the helmet shows aspects of both Halo and Star Wars and blends it beautifully. I also like how you beefed up the arms nad pauldrons and made him taller.
I really would like to see this armor core in the future, I'd use it all the time.
The armor coatings would work quite well for the clone armor, you could use the blue stripes of the 501st, the orange markings of the 212th, the angular and rough and angular yet sleek markings of the 105th, the greens and greys of the doom legion, and the reds of the coruscant guard.
I just got to the Galactic Marine design and it is very nice, to the point that I'd say it's the best redesign out of all 5.

These designs are amazing!! Have you ever thought about doing the opposite? aka 'clonifying' Halo armour / helmets to look like phase 1/2 armour?

That Galactic Marine is absolutely beautiful. I feel like it really shows the merging of the two different settings perfectly
One thing I would have added to the galactic marine is a hood like jun’s to make it seem slightly more like the original but I’ve got to say that all these armours are beautiful

that ma-17m modular attachment system is just beautiful. one of the reasons why i love republic commando was that you didnt need to lug around a bunch of different weapons like in gears of war but instead, you have a weapon system that has attachments for a seamless transition of different weapons for different tasks all in 1

Amazing job as always, I really dig the Commando, though who doesn't, and while I didn't expect to see Galactic Marine as it's pretty similar designwise to snow trooper, it turned out great
The galactic trooper is probably my favorite. The skirt is just epic.
Thank you for showing some love to the ARF Trooper. It's so often forgotten, hell, I even saw it left out of a "Every clone trooper variant" video once. Great video and redesigns overall, I think for the ARF it lost a little charm in the helmet due to the lack of a pronounced visor and sleek lenses, two things that are very important to the ARF look. Everything else looked great. As for the video itself, it was a bit drawn out. I'm sure that you'd want to have some extra watch time given the time you took to make it, but even still the video is super slow.
Also the galactic marine redesign was the best one imo
These are the COOLEST and BEST designs I have seen as of yet, as a big fan of the Clone Wars era.

These designs are absolutely amazing. I really love all of them, though that Galactic Marine is just gorgeous...has to be my favorite, and the addition of the waist cape and SAW really are a nice touch. Awesome work!
Just an idea what if you did some 40k Space marine designs but tweaked to fit Halo, i think it would be awesome to see your take on there designs.
Absolutely loved these designs! Being a big Halo fan and and even bigger Star Wars (specifically the clone wars) fan this was so great to see! Like always you don’t disappoint with your designs! As for what to do next I’d love to see more redesigns of other clone armors. Though I’d prefer to see something completely new to keep it fresh. But more clones in the future would be great! Keep up the good work man!
Also one thing I wanted to point out is that the blue and green markings on the arf trooper aren’t on the normal arf trooper armor. Those markings are only for lightning squadron. But other than that these are great!
Metal Gear Solid series themed armour designs. That franchise has several aesthetics to draw on in design.
Areas for inspiration:
-REX and similar early MG units
-Tengu and other exosuits
-Sneaking suits + Octocamo
-RAY + other Patriot tech
-Parasite Units
-Equipment worn by MSF and DD, esp. the heavy armour.
-Unused content and concepts, personally recommend MGSV Oroborous artwork, as a point of consideration.
Some of these might contain certain design elements that may be worth incorporating in certain cases.
I didn't know i wanted this till i saw the thumbnail, this is PEAK NERD in all the best ways, The armors would not look too out of place in each others universe to be honest (as noted Star Wars armor is very "form fitting" while Spartan armor is more "blocky"), the Sparten armor would probably considered "Heavy" armor as opposed to the smooth "standard" armor in Star Wars.

I love these redesigns! The only thing I wish I'd seen more of is the different paint jobs that the battalions and legions gave their gear.
That aviation/clone conversion in the thumbnail looks sick. Looks like it could fit in either Halo or Star Wars.

The Galactic Marine looks as though it would fit right in with some of the Rakshasa armour sets.

Honestly, I kinda want to see you do some Season 8 type Halo-fying and take on Dark Souls, Skyrim, or even Lord of the Rings armors.

An interesting tidbit about the clones is that in the original Battlefront games there were the phase 0 Darktroopers. Unlike the other Darktroopers which were droids. The Phase 0 troopers were old clones modified similar to Darth Vader to be cyborgs with enhanced power armor. Meaning that technically there some equivalent to Clone Spartans in Star Wars. Though your Armor looks so good it could easily belong in both franchises.

excellent video, the commando clone and phase 1 look simply fantastic, they would look great as special units or spartans in a fracture event that is a collaboration with star wars
The ARF and galactic marine are Amazing, would love to of seen an adaptation of a few captains, would love to see some clone-esc colour schemes, and more importantly, a pauldron on a Spartan would look awesome
These designs are more faithful to the Halo aesthetic than all of 343’s designs.

The commando is probably the easiest to transfer over. They basically are built like spartans
I like how the phase 1 redesign has a black belt instead of white. As it underlines the contrast between the soft and hard parts of the armor, the black parts being soft polymers and the white being reserved for the hard plating.
I like the designs! I personally prefer the original ARF helmet mostly as it is; I thought it looked the most Halo out of all already and the changes only served to make it less distinct. Keep doing all these good stuff!
Galactic Marine feels like a Destiny Titan, but still badass either way!

Video idea perhaps, maybe you could make halo helmets out of every day objects? Just using them as references then continuing in photoshop. Combine a few perhaps, but for example, you would use a motorcycle helmet with pencil sharpeners as vents, and an umbrella trim for the helmet trim. Could be wacky, and challenging.

For the Arc Troopers, it would have been better if they had their shoulder pads changed but other than that, it was quite the experience watching this video

GET THIS MAN A JOB AT 343! Cult follower of the Commando armour here. Loved it when I first played Republic Commando as a kid. So the Commando helmet is easily my favourite here. It's amazing how you can stare at the redesign and your mind thinks "well that's just the Commando helmet" then you look back at the original Star Wars design and you realise it's actually quite a bit different. That's a sign of a great redesign if you ask me.
