That squid almost looks like noodles there at the end. We tried oyster mushrooms along with one other type, I want to say cremini, and decided we only like the white cap type 😂 We are not adventurous in our eating at all.
You have to slow cook squid on low heat and never over cook squid or it will be like eating a rubber boot haha
