Just ordered the M2.Because i just paid 70% of the price to get a 95-98% experience of M4🤣
M2 seems to have the normal M4 engine output anyway👀. M2 grows on you organically with its design. Great choice! Waiting for possible AWD M2.
If the M4 retained the wheelbase and overall length of the F82 then I would probably go with that but it’s so damn big now. The M2 has gotten bigger but is still small enough where it doesn’t look like a boat. And the fender flares are sexy on the M2, I have no idea why BMW designed the M3 with proper fender flares and not the M4. Plus the M2 has the same performance level as the base M3/4 for roughly 12K less, M2 all the way!
I bought the G87 but for me, it's about £30,000 cheaper than the G82, so it makes more sense considering its engine, suspension, brakes, etc, make it basically a G82. I must say, I love the bonnet on the G82 though and I don't mind the "beaver teeth" grill.
Lol. It is hilarious because the G87 makes G82 power. G82 makes 500 and G82 Competition makes 550 on dyno which is what the M4 CSL makes. CSL really makes 580ish. It's wild! Lol

Yes, although M4 is smoother in a different daily driver way. M2 felt more serious more often for daily.

It’s an S58 engine that they have, and BMW will not be releasing an Xdrive version of the M2.

As a BMW fan and F87 M2 owner looking at those makes me cry , if I would have to chose I'm taking G87 M2 , can't stand G82 front.

The M2 wheels are extremely heavy
And the M2 is 52 kilos lighter, not a lot lighter and that’s only because the M2 is literally based off the M4 platform. So, the 52 kilos is only because of the Xdrive system in the M4.

M2 is not a lot lighter than the m4
M4 comp rwd curbweight is 66 lbs heavier...
The m4 comp rwd is about 1.5 sec faster 60-130 according to the Dragy leaderboards, so clearly making more power.
too bad theres no m3 Coupe anymore, I was perfect size. to me m2 is too short and m4 is too big.

The M2 is somehow worse than the beaver 🦫 🦷 M4 grille… the M2 made me actually not hate the M4
