- Even though it may seem early, I love to put together at least one early spring container in the large urn under my kitchen window. This year, I'm adding hellebores, grasses, and some yellow pansies for color. Plus, we're looking at how I fertilize my boxwood and hydrangeas to ensure they're ready for the growing season!

From my farm to your home. 🏡
My name is Kaleb Wyse and here, you will find delicious recipes, videos from my farm, garden, and fun home projects. My knowledge has been earned from years of home cooks and farmers in my family. wyseguide.com
A farm is much more than a house to live in; it’s a lifestyle. My passion for gardening and landscaping came from outdoor work with my mom in our expansive farm yard, my love for baking came from innumerable short walks to my grandma’s house to make cookies, and as a farmer, my dad taught me that we are the stewards of our land.
So whether you live in a city center or have decided rural life is for you, I hope to inspire you with the projects and recipes I use in daily life. We can’t all live on a farm, but we all need farms in our lives. From the dirt in my vegetable garden to the flour in my kitchen, I’ll show you everything I love to do. - Навчання та стиль
Finally a gardener on UA-cam who isn't afraid to loosen up those compacted roots, and he explains WHY you should do it. THANK YOU!!

I love the idea of a temporary fill of a planter or two before it's time to fill them for the season. Thanks!
I sure enjoyed this video great job on what and how your doing your garden very informative I learn something new very interesting. thank you
Love that big planter! I’m looking forward to seeing what you do with the black watering trough!
Your videos are always so informative & soothing! Thank you! I have a question for you and your viewers. Do you think bush honeysuckles “poison” the soil for other trees & bushes? I’ve read differing opinions. Again, thanks Kaleb!
I'm so happy I discovered your channel last fall. Another great gardening video! I love your sidewalk lighting. What is the brand?
That's alot to take for someone like me who has no clue
You're an inspiration to me to try😊
I love Hellebores. I bought one and then read that they are toxic for dogs. I have a 18 month old German Shepherd who would probably think it’s a new chew toy for him! I put the hellebore in a container and have it up where he can’t get it (hopefully). Maybe by next year 🧐🤣 he might understand that it’s not a chew toy ! Thank you so much for your gardening and food channel.
Do you trim all of these into circles each year? I'm too old for that, now, but I love them!
Awesome! Love how things are developing in your gardens 💚💚💚
I'm just north of Atlanta (zone 8a ?). Our last frost date is 4/15, but I usually hold off until May 1st just to be sure. I am, however, pulling out the Autumn/Winter things - pansies, cabbage, etc. - and amending my soil in anticipation of future planting. Also doing a lot of weed pulling, light pruning, and mulching !!! So happy to be back outside again, before the heat & humidity hit - yikes !!!!
You are so positive, love your videos
Beautiful idea for a planter !
Thank you for sharing.
Just discovered your channel and really appreciate your content and expertise. Quick question. I decided to rescue a neglected jasmine sambac from the nursery. Have it in a pot. How would you fertilize it to bring it back to life and flourish? Im in zone 10. Thank you in advance!
Hello 👋 ❤❤❤😊😊😊
Wow, big sky country! Beautiful area for sure... but I sure would miss my mountains and oceans! (B.C. Canada here...close to Vancouver)...do you get tornados in your area?
Great advice 👍 you have a beautiful garden
Question can I add the biotin to my potted Cypress shrubs?
I have boxwood bushes in an area rocked with landscape plastic…was landscaped before I moved in…how do I fertilize them? Liquid fertilizer or dissolved in water poured on center?
Question sir. I am in central NC and I have 2 year old limelights. Is early spring the best time to cut back?
What kind of grass are you planting
Are those arborvitae & hydrangeas deer proof?
I enjoy watching. Your informative and entertaining. Almost like atching Martha Stewart. Are you going to help your mom. Do a cookbook.
What are those giant green balls behind the hydrangea? How much taller will they get? They are stunning!
Do you have problems with deer eating your hydrangeas? The deer eat most of my flowers 😢
