Great video Brant! Love the underwater footage shots. So beautiful! When are we going to see the Bacon Grease Goddess do some more cooking? Mel is obviously your good luck charm all the way around. Thanks for sharing!!!
A lot of the time fish seem to prefer turbulent water. Makes it easier for them to catch bait I guess. Excellent video, for it helps me understand what the fish are doing. Good job Melady whispering up the fish!
Good to see your videos I love them a lot of things happen this past month finally move back home after 28 years in Jacksonville back in my country town around lake Okeechobee I've been fishing like crazy I've caught a lot of fish good freshwater Bass bluegills a lot of cichlid big tilapia waiting to get a little cooler for the crappie I'm mostly a land angler we have canals everywhere rabbit hunting alligator hunting I'm so glad to be home with the family but the day after I got home my big sister passed away but we are good we sent her off in style she was just so excited her brother was coming home she had her little health issues but glad I'm home to take care of my father he's 85 I've been enjoying the time with him and my brother just had to share that with you keep the videos coming im watching tell the family hey God bless you fish on 🎣💪🙏
Great video Brant love your underwater videos in the way you pushed through till you finally caught fish although your lucky charm didn't come into play LOL you also made well as people's Day by giving them the fish look like a slow day for most everybody
Yep! I hooked an alligator and brought him really close to the surface, but the water was so sandy, I couldn’t see it! It popped off the hook right after that.
When I fish on the pier an there is redfish I try to catch cigar minnows an cut them up into little chunks an use a small hook an light leader like 20-40 pound test, hope that tip helps if you try to use it.
Some people GIVE a man a fish, other people TEACH a man to fish... Brant does both! Love the channel! Watching from Dallas, Texas. Caught a nice Red a few weeks ago off Galveston. We are allowed one (two with a bonus tag) over the 20-28 inch slot each year. I'm told the Reds run thick closer to shore in October. Might have to go back to Galveston to confirm.
Being a Florida native I'd like to suggest you try fishing our "Ten Thousand Islands" area of our south Gulf coast. The Snook fishing is off the wall there. It's the world capital of Mangrove Snapper too.
I strongly encourage you to travel the world n do the same video on different spots at different countries. I personally welcome you to try Singapura. Great tourist attractions n activities. Would love to see what's in our saltwater. Also the freshwater, as we have temensis peacock bass, giant gourami and giant snakeheads or toman. And rampant tilapia, catfish and arowanas even in our common canals and streams.
I would love to travel to Pensacola to learn some fishing skills from you if possible, my wife father lives there and we will love to meet you and learn how do you make it look so easy😂
Yes. Not a good month in October yet if you are vigilant on the pier you will see some giants pass through. They will eat a live bait if you have one ready. Sorry my name is not Brant :> Landing one is the kicker.
@@porkysweldingHere in Florida many fish have a "slot" size. Can't be below X or over Y. Snook actually change sex at a certain size becoming female. So the large ones must be released to create future generations. Also, the larger ones can have worms and be mushy. You're allowed 1 oversized black drum, but you're not going to want to eat it!
