Your dads attitude is always so great 😃
I,m glad you have respect fot truck drivers, because i am one.Thank you Laura.
Watching the rows of corn as you were driving by was extremely satisfying

Laura this was an OUTSTANDING video! Well done! I absolutely marvel at how exceptionally well run your farm is. The hog pens are a perfect example. Kudos to your dad.
I can't say enough how much I respect and admire him. Note that you still look cute even half asleep at 2AM and still managed a big smile!
It was a wise choice NOT to show the pigs getting loaded, even though they weren't being harmed in any way.
Your enthusiasm will take you a long way, look forward to your posts
This is one of the best videos on this channel. Love all the dirt biking and wake boarding stuff but this really shows the hard work that goes into agriculture. Well cared for livestock and good land stewardship says a lot about this family.
Great video! Love the relationship between you and your dad. I come from a family of farmers--dairy on my late grandmother's side, and poultry on my late grandfather's side--they said that it was a mixed marriage! All the land has been sold off and my father never took over as planned. Guess it saved me from years farm labor (I did work on cucumber farm though).
Laura just as beautiful at 3am as midday. Interesting seeing the pig farm operation. More good stuff Laura.
Looks like someone is a creep on commenting sorry who ever you are I have a lady happy in my life so clean up your nose 👃 thank you perv
'Farmers get more done before 6am than most people do all day '
I was going to say same thing. Lol
You never worked for the railroad.
@@joelmarksbury4376 the railroad gets it done before 2am!!
@Language Lab really?
@Language Lab that's what I was saying. Don't call me dummy
Hi Laura, that's a nice hog barn. Who takes care of the hog operation? You and your dad seem to be working the farm all the time.
Love just watching life, where ever that may be, thanks for sharing, Keep safe
Luv the hard work...content is great... patiently waiting for the next one.
Pops is awesome, your relationship is so me and my girls!! Great video, thanks
Great video Laura! Beautiful filming of the corn fields too!
Row Crops and Hog farming! Who knew that one ! Nice operation! Keep heading down the path! Love your family relationships
The pigs didn't like your offer of grass or kale but my 🐑 sheep would. That's a big operation your family are involved with, no pressure, thanks for the video. TDF and Sawyer have been posting about pressure washing after 🐖 pigs have left a barn before restocking. His operation has been affected by slow down in hospitality sector and processors being affected. But hopefully all will bounce back.😀
your dad is awesome laura, he seems so chill at all time
Beautiful farm and family ! love to see it
got up at 02;30 this morning to irrigate, too hot during the day, water levels can be different from one end of property to the other, water just evaporates in the heat, enjoy the piggies. thanks for sharing
Beautiful natural lady. White Monster... my FAV!!!. So those pigs are not going to be bacon, they are going to make more bacon.
I love your videos. Keep em coming. Your dad is a cool dude.
Thats a really big farm. Waoh! Great job.
Hey Laura! My ancestors are from York and Sweard County. Final resting places are in the Greshem, York, Bradshaw, Utica, Grand Island areas. They came to Nebraska before Ellis Island was thought of. Later my Family continued west to the front range of Colorado and eventually I landed in Northwest Arkansas. Agrarian from the mother land and still today. I have an encyclopedia my Family and others from the area made in the mid 90's that documents York and Seward County agriculture. It's about 3 inches thick and goes back to the first settlers. Perhaps that is part of the reason I'm attracted to your content...that and you do a stellar job of sharing your life. Congrats Young Miss, I smell silage 😉

Nice to see this side of farming as well 😴😊
Great content! Showing us what is happening without lots of fanfare. Keep working!
HANDSHAKE!!! Makes me smile every time you 2 do a video together.
Nice to 👀 (see) you farming 🚜.
As a retired truck driver now. I'd like to say to you is I couldn't do what you all do either. I did do what you do when I was young but no more. My hat is off to all farmers because you do things that are greatly appreciated. So thank you.
Tell your dad he is a UA-cam hero.. and my hero
Hi laura first time seen pig unit very impressive ,more interested in the corn or maize as we say in the UK , always interesting to see how you farm over there
You are a hard working young lady who is not afraid to tackle anything.... Keep it up.....👍👍👍👍
Corn looks amazing ... Pigs were a surprise ... But a great surprise to see ..
You had a LOT of pigs! It's good to know that you're thinking of the pigs wellbeing. I tried counting the amount of times you yawned then I gave up lol. You need to copyright that thumbs up too! Great video and really informative.
I'm so exhausted from watching I have to take nap now. Great post.
Ya I saw that storm go across Nebraska on radar, looked pretty bad. Glad there wasn’t much damage. When I first moved to Arizona I spoke to several people here that didn’t know what a rain gauge was. I thought how do you think the weather guessers tell you how much rain fell 😂🤣
🐶🌷 fantastic I love everything you show us and yes I get it that early too
Love dad's sunglasses tan lines!
What lovely little oinkers.
Thanks for posting! Long hours!
Farming is not a 9-5 occupation. I give a lot of credit to them. It is good that farming is still a viable option as an occupation. I know that they are typically a much bigger operation today then it was 40-60 years ago. I follow a lot of small homesteads and I think they are seeing the value of growing there on food and raising their own meat. Thank you for all you and your family does. Just blown away with how flat the land is. We do have flatlands near the Sandhills and further south in North Carolina.
I love the peace and quite of the country. It's so beautiful there! Nice to see someone so young busting their butt!
Wow you have a big operation, planting and animals- you guys are busy
Hello Laura. I enjoyed the vid. Have a great day 😃
hogs, sheep, cattle, almost any 'livestock' animal benefits from being transported in cool temperatures (a haul contractor in my hometown mounted 'reefer' units on a few of his trailers - not the most efficient setup, but the reefers were able to blow cool air over the length of the trailer)...
Looks like a large operation....how many acres do you farm, and how much livestock
Where I live in California we get 5 or 6 inches of rain a year. So hard to imagine all the rain you get. Love the videos.
The famous Laura thumbs up 👍 and 😃
Lol here in NC we get 5 or 6 a rainstorm but it depends on the season
Is that chest thumping handshake (muy macho!) just a thing between you and your dad or is that a Carlson thing?
So cool! You guys are probably pretty competitive on family game nights! :)
Sometimes it takes a lot of get up and go to get up and go.But you got what it takes !😁
Felicitari si La multi ani !
Hahaha farm life, my partner and I have to go to our farm usually at 11 and 3 or 4am is when we are wrapping up for the night time work
Great video!
I am not on the same schedule anymore, but I used to work as a lineman....all my days started at 3am. Great content
Thank you to all the farmers 🙏
Ok, can you please do an overview of every part of you farming? I didn't know you had pigs. Thank you Laura.
You wake up at 3AM and are still able to show your amazing smile! :D
And besides the yawning, you don't even look tired at all haha
Love the pigs :D
Maybe one day you will have a drone to crop scout for damage sou you won’t have to climb a ladder in the field
I've never seen somebody so excited to look at the rain gauge 😂
Me gustó el vídeo exelente Laura ,un beso!😘👍💯
you need coffee,,baby girl,,you got it,,look at the sun you want get lost,,corn looks good thanks guys
Nice video! So your family farm seems to have a bit of everything, mainly though as we would call it arable - corn, beans etc. Now you've got your loan note, what are you going to rasie on your own farm? Your Dad is such a character, we need a Dad-special video - and soon. Good Luck!
Your dad is hilarious
I got out of bed at 3:30 am to mow fairways at our local golf course. The life of a greenskeeper. ⛳️
"Place in Minnesota" a nice sunny farm up state where they will live a long and happy life with your family dog that disappeared one day, when you were a kid.
Update: Guess this comment was more truth than sarcasm.
I bet she means Hormel in Austin, MN
Love you guys keep being U Boo
I was wondering why the pigs were so big. Makes perfect sense. My limited experience,, hogs for processing are 150 pounds or there about. A perfect video. Cute girl, doin' stuff,, teaching stuff, beautiful sunrise, admiration for the skills of the truck drivers,, Thanks.
bigger than 150, I think they go in at about 300 something, correct me if I'm wrong
I've always taken mine in at about 350
Why is she so cute! Tho
Laura, I may have missed something, but you pig operation looks SPOT ON,
the quality of the pigs looks A1. do you employ a stockman or use homegrown labour,
if so you all need a commendation, keep safe. UK.
bro they raising pigs in a shed on soy and corn meal
@@JakMez After some 70 years, in pig rearing, with over 4,000,000 pigs reared,
it takes some to impress me, but those pigs did.
Yes, that is the cleanest Pig operation I have ever seen! How many raise? Maybe you could do a video on how you keep those barns and pigs so clean?
@@markpontes4457 wtf only in America... We only buy meat from a farm with 10 Pigs who live 24/7 outdoor and play all day long
Lucas Gossweiler America feeds the world so yes it’s a huge farm....good for you
Good morning all and may i suggest if you can and have the budget to get yourselves a drone so you could see the fields faster and easy.
I lived around 1/4 mile from a pig farm growing up and WOW in the heat of summer the smell is ripe.
WooT Red eye pictures, reminds me of the old days.
Was amazing there was a tourism add just before you mentioned vacation
A "maize"ing.😊
I know how you feel getting up that early. I used to go duck and Canada goose hunting and we needed to be out in the marsh or field and setup B4 sunrise.
Do you have those swing arms on the end of your pivots and how do you get the field irrigated where it is square? Maybe you can show them to us. Are they controlled by a sensor in the ground which controls nozzles so you don't overspray onto the not square part?
the amount of work it must go into being a farmer i jsut came across this girl today and they have huge fields of corn and do animals ontop of that...im guessing these people are pretty well off but ooking at them its like he father actually likes wha the does which is probably a bonus in itself...kind of surprising id think someone who works so often would be miserable..blessed people i suppose
You've got a really cool Dad!
I agree :)
I grew up on a amish farm... you rock
hello, very nice video congratulations. what is the camera you use?
Wake up at 3am ? HA....I dont even go to bed til 6am 😁
I've move pigs in august of 2016 about a 6 hour drive and I sprayed them and their straw in the trailor down with water 💧 2 or three times on the way home one at my brothers once at a service station, and once at a feed store. When I got home i gave them a good trough of water and wet feed
What I mean by wet feed is that bought some 50 lb. Bags of wheat middlings and two 5 gallon buckets and using a sheet rock mud mixer on my cordless drill I
Mixed water and the wheat middlings to make a slop to feed them
i get up at 3 am for work and you know what keeps me not tired? not monsters. i make yerba mate tea the day before and soak chea seeds in it over night then in the morning i add orange juice for taste and drink it. the chea seeds keep me full till lunch and the natural caffeine from the yerba mate tea keeps me awake all day with no crash. it so cool you are farmer.
Sweet rigs
keep up the content i like ypur vlogs
Thanks 4 the shout out to drivers won't haul hogs I pull cattle only tried hogs once sheep once I'd rather get my head kicked off 😆 where ya 'll from
Thanks for sharing.
Next time, try with flowers, pigs love it too;)
Disease outbreak? Could someone elaborate on that? And i know how she feels farming is tough.... my dad works for a farmer in Ritzville,Washington and i don't like waking up at 6 or 5 am PDT but my dad was a long haul trucker for 5 years and i loved it when i would go with him now he just works for that farmer there in Ritzville,WA and i actually enjoy going with my dad.
You should get a drone. I can see you flying that around doing field inspections and getting some really cool aerial shots.
a good drone to view the corn and fields from above
How many pigs fit in a tractor trailer just curious thank you.😁😀👍😀😎
Gee that corn looks great
6:50 You look amusing, like half-asleep. :-D No wonder - another day waking up at 3 AM.
Pretty tough job!
Drinking game ... chug a beer every time someone yawns in this vid
Great educational video for us city folk ... American farming looks like hard work even with all the technology.
Little doggies...that make excellent ham, bacon, and Italian sausage. ;)
You are soooo cute just after wakeup... :)
Not the slightest image of a mountain anywhere on the horizon??!!! Don’t Know iF i could handle that!!! It is beautiful though.
Corn looks awesome...how many hogs did you send out in the 6 trucks? How many times do you do this a year?
Laura america loves you for all that you do! you are one hard working chick :}
Arable, cows and pigs. What else do you farm? Very interesting!
There is currently this comet neowise passing the sun. As far as I know the comet can be observed even in Los Angeles. You can see it in the early morning hours. Before sunrise. Right above the sun. Did you see it?
Like that fact that the Patreon corn is all standing tall and strong.
Do you ever find a baseball field? Sorry, a bad joke from that movie Field Of Dreams. OMG. I got the impression you only did corn, ok, now you need to show more of the livestock. Totally Awesome. You're Awesome level just went up a few notches.
Psshhhh... That's Iowa!
@@Father_Teresa You never know if there might be one in Nebraska too?
