I never knew the words before, I just liked it for the song itself. I liked RM rapping so softly, like a whisper. Jimin's voice is always so extraordinary.

I agree the song is too intense to listen often. Jimin's voice has that siren-like quality to it, just unreal but so good in creating the atmosphere

But yes, so technical, I can see why it is not performed live! The layers! Their music is full of this! 💜
What BTS excels at is pulling complex feelings out of their listeners. To me this one is “mournful catharsis”. That first time Jimin comes in it feels like the moment where you take a stuttering breathe b4 you cry, if that makes any sense. Chills is right

I Love this song and I can only describe this song as 'beautifully haunting'.
This was my favorite MotS:7 track!!!! The harmonies are SO chilling. Jimin's breathy high notes are...perfection. The breaths behind Hobi's part. It was a crucial part of MotS:7 because it was the middle track and it kind of references the loudness of criticism. But at the end it gives a hopeful feeling. And then the album has those really nice songs. I play it ALL the time. I wish we would get a live version but Jungkook didn't even remember it. 😭😭😭😭
When I started watching your reaction videos, I expected a focus on the rappers and I find it so interesting that you seem to enjoy the vocal line a lot. They really are phenomenal. 🥰

ARMYS most requested song that they’ve never performed live. I love Suga’s rap. I love this song, top tier and it grows on you the more you listen to it. The melodic, darker tone really gets to you when you sit with it. Jimins high notes are his specialty. 🫶🏻💜🇨🇦

I'd die to hear this live! It's definitely a mood type of song, I agree. I feel like JK's Stay Alive is like that too, the production is masterful with alot of details but it's not really a everyday listen.

Lorenna McKennit's "The Highwayman" is a song like that for me. It's an old English poem set to haunting music, just incredible. It's so much, I can't listen to it all the time.

i can hear this song in repeat , i guess it is because of your own stuff you go through in life , some are going through hardships etc... and this song is like speaking your own feelings, this song gives me the shiver everytime i hear it, and when i am in my car on the way to work i put bts songs and when this song comes, i just turn the volume up and my feelings just come out, sometimes in tears sometimes in happiness, i guess you feel this song when your feelings are close to this specific song
I have been through a lot in 2022 so i guess it is just like shooting an arrow to my heart.

I love how this song progresses from louder than bombs I break too louder than bombs I say then finally louder than bombs I sing.
The music and the vocals build up more intensely throughout the song and by the end it feels like victory after a long battle.

It is a divine listen, for me. Beautiful. Namjoon says that it would be very difficult to sing live, that is why they haven't done so. But it is one of my favorite songs. And it has a choral tone that expands and billows that make my heart blossom.

So my understanding, and forgive me if someone has already said this, is that the "bombs" are ARMY bombs, the name of the lightsticks that ARMY take to their concerts. Louder than the joy and intensity of the concerts, are the voices of all the ARMY who send them letters about their hardships, and share their struggles. RM talks about the writing process, and he is expressing the struggle of knowing the pain and suffering of their fandom while trying to find their place in that. What can they do to help us? Can they help us to feel better? The conclusion of the song is that they will sing to us forever. They will sing knowing that we suffer, and that we struggle, and that their music brings us joy and solace.

I get what you mean about replay value. The production on this is hypnotic, the vocals are beautiful but I can't find a playlist (work, drive, chill vibes) in which this would nicely fit.

I love how theild build up the song with Jungkook high voice back to back with V's deep voice and then swith to Jimin with those breathy high notes and then at the top Jin with his clear high voice. I have chills over and over again. Also rap line here is quite dark but calm. Thanks to your reaction I understand now that song is also very technical masterpiece with all those layers. I'm so glad you reacted to this song, this is like every army's top tier song from bts. I know you don't react to these type of videos and you've probably seen other comments suggest it but i'm just saying even if you want to watch it in your own time off camera you can watch an introduction to the members, not even just to know the members but to know the backstory of bts and see how differently you hear each song with their lyrics also the video tells which member is known for what in the group. Again this is just a suggestion for the future and just in case if you're interested.
