Install Linux Apps on Chromebook

Here's how to install Linux apps on Chromebook easily using Flatpak.
Commands:
sudo apt install flatpak
sudo flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub flathub.org/repo/flathub.flat...

It could be parental controls or you are using a work or school device you need to sign in with another account(not a guest account)
