The fact that they recreated the idents in powerpoint makes me laugh so so hard. I mean they just took the actual ABC production logo from the late 1960s and added "zfb tv Bermuda" in Lucida Grande, a font released in 1999
Bermuda is much closer to the United States and it was using NTSC tv color system during analog broadcasting years (similar to the rest of North America), so it was more cost effective to be an affiliate with major American TV stations.
@@Kyoton-9 actual versions are probably still in the vaults somewhere if it means they've looked like those, idk why those weren't shown in the feature though
It's kinda weirdo, Bermuda is a british overseas territory, but has much american things, even the tv stations have an affiliation with us networks (only the big three, sadly didn't have a Fox or a pbs station)
Suggestion: 'Thai idents, news intros and more' evolution Here are some corrections: The song that plays in the Thai TV Channel 4 ident is called 'tonborathet', but I'm 75% sure [because I haven't found that news source yet] that this song doesn't play in the news intro because the source video [not to be confused with a news intro source] was a mock. I'm also 25% sure that the ident was a mock, though. For the source [not to be confused with an ident or news intro source], they just combine the ident and a news intro altogether. That [Channel 5 1987] ident was just a confusion; for me, it was a TVT 5 ident that was owned by TVT [today's NBT]. Speaking of NBT, from 1985 to 2008, NBT was called 'Television of Thailand Channel 11' There's a lot more identities. I found more than what you found; keep searching. Also, UA-cam will recommend some more idents and intros if you search for long enough. When you're trying to search for an identity, I recommend you translate what you search into Thai, because you will find more idents even though you don't understand Thai. Presentations, Closedown or Opening can be included that's for all
"Aruba, Jamaica, ooh I wanna take ya, *Bermuda,* Bahama, come on pretty mama"
that song is such a chaotic neutral for me

@ thx
Also, why TV stations in Bermuda are affiliated with American broadcast networks even though Bermuda is a British overseas territory?
Bermuda has a lot of stuff that's mainly imported from here in the USA, except for cars. Bermudians also have similar accents to Americans.

FR😂 that ain’t the NBC Peacock that’s the CBN peacock
@@Tyler-j4fI would say "Only in ohio" for this but it's been over a year and it's not worth saying it.
Only in Bermuda
ZBM-TV and ZFB-TV are the only two TV stations that have been survived, while VSB-TV have been dead off the air since 2014.
Interesting
But NBC Programming To Bermuda Will Remain Available By Means Of Cable TV, Either From WNBC NBC 4 NY or WTVJ NBC 6 Miami.
Well actually the idents and news intros prior to the 1980s are just remakes made with Powerpoint

VSB-TV is technically the only British NBC affiliate, since Bermuda is a Biritish overseas territory

Bermuda is one of the few areas to have an entirely private TV field. Bermuda is a tax haven and plus they're closer to the US
