I realised this when reciting poetry in front of my class, no one cares what you are doing, they will probably forget it, when i was reciting, i took a look at all my class members, and only 10-20% of them were actually looking at me, guess what the others were doing, some were reading and learning it there, some thinking about their problems, some talking with each other, some even daydreaming, so i realised it doesnt really matter to be anxious.
Here is the best line(imo) created by me and for me "People dont care about you" and then think and look(or remember) at/the weird people that are around you and notice how they're not getting judged, and also think "If he's doing something as weird as that without people caring then that means people around me probably dont care too" Just compare how you're normal compared to others(It's douchey but it works) OR "People really dont care about you, you're just an organism living with the same plain organism. If you're "strange" that's good since your making huge steps for humanity" Or smthng
Y'all guys this guy is genius he even use psychological tricks to make people follow him by saying i follow josh otusanya which is smart, that actually make people subconsciously think about following him.
Besides the laugh which is always a delight this trick is actually so good the world doesnt revolves around you guys and people wont notice small cuts and holes on your dresses so be more confident and less anxious :)
