Lets say you want to suggest something or give an idea, but you lack confidence and you think your suggestion/idea might be bad and others will judge you for it. Im not a psychologist or something, but i personally think that by asking a question with 2 options is more likely to have a negative answer told in a calm manner, rather than a hostile/judgemental one. For example 'Is seeing a movie a good idea or not?'
This is definitely me. I lack so much confidence because people put me down. My bf said if we don’t work something out in the next 3 months he will break terms off with me.
I know this dude at my school, he is made fun if a lot because he says the obvious and things other people think are stupid. When talking, a lot of times he trails off at the end of his sentences and he also has really bad social skills and many people think he is annoying. Me and my friend are trying to help him, but he is still lacking in the social skills department. I am talking to him and trying to start up conversations.
Is he a genius? Smart people have to "lower themselves" so to speak. When their talkin to other people they have to dumb it down so its understandable. Sometimes this leads to them saying something that seems really obvious. Does he often end his sentence with " no- nevermind"? Since no one understands his genius train of thought, he would probably rather just not talk, leading to lack of social skills. Just curious. I learned all that on the internet so im tryin to see if its real. He would be an INTP/INTJ(probably) on that personality test thingamajig.

Just First ask yourself "is this idea effective or great? " And if ans is Yes then just say it, your friends aren't aliens right? So just Spit right on their face

i do this becouse i hate when im a talking with my friends and theres usualy one guy that can be easily irritated and when he gets irritated by someon he will just ask to put the person out of the groupchat who irrittated him (usualy me)
