      Yeah that's one of the reasons I enjoy watching him, those subtle zingers he sneaks in now and then. It's like the old black and white Popeye cartoons, he would mumble shit that was really funny to adults but the kids didn't catch it.

    I’m a Wisconsin Whitetail Hunter and you can hunt with me anyday. You processed that deer fast as ever! I guess in 100 degree temps you have no choice! In WI we can leave our deer hanging up for days before we butcher it due to the cold weather!

    • @cjcurtis8944
      @cjcurtis8944 15 днів тому

      Ya, leaving it hang a few days when possible also makes it way more tender. That’s how we do it in Oregon.

    Neck and ribs always get looked over, i clean it all, you harvested it - eat it all! The ole neck twist and pull with some good cuts takes some time to learn but once you do... so much more meat.

    I use the golf ball method. I have carpal tunnel from years of death metal guitar playing and other stuff. I make my cuts in the front like you, tie a rope around it and just slowly move the truck forward. Comes off like a glove. Also, I love the heart and liver! I don't use a breading on mine. I just straight season, and throw in beef tallow or bacon grease. Dat's money dude!

    First off I love the videos!!! I'm formerly from NOLA, I'm sure you've seen the "How To Skin A Deer With A Golfball" from the 70's. But when I told it to guys in the plant, in the 80's, they looked at me like I had 16 a**holes on my forehead!!!! Well I did it in front of my friend using a rock. He said "I'm glad you did that because I thought you were full of sh*t!"! I said "that's why I did it"!!!

Makes me laugh how he hits back at those comments saying he isn't doing it right, I've butchered many deer I've shot in the field and at home, thats exactly how I skin roe deer here in the UK, and it's always worked for me!!!

    And there ya go, this is reality TV folks. Not that crap on Discovery channel. UA-cam is a great platform for people like Stalekracker. If he was on network TV, they'd ruin it with a bunch of fake drama. Hell they wouldn't even show him dressing out the deer. Now I'm gonna go watch my favorite fishmonger Reed filet a weird looking fish. Then maybe I'll walk the streets of Bangkok. Or climb Mt. Everest. I wish I didn't have so much time on my hands, but since I do I'm glad there's youtube.
