After I got rid of my R9T I stopped watching your channel but this is a good reminder of why I started watching in the first place - you do a great job with your presentation and filming!
That’s great to hear. Would be a shame if the Ultrabatt wouldn’t make it in the end. It’s possible to add a second one but that kind off defeats the purpose of it being so small 😂 Which battery do you run?
Hi, thank you for all your exciting videos! I have a Toyota genuine part (made by Denso) cell motor built into my R100. It consumes less power than the original and has the strongest power. It's pricey, but worth it. It's a popular choice in Japan
I just had a look at the Denso ones. Those seem to be the premium option. It’s good to know, should the valeo loose magnets at some point. Thanks a lot!
Does the triangular mounting bracket at the front of the engine that bolts to the Bosch starter motor need modifying to fit or is it eliminated with the Valeo ? 🤔

Hey man, thank you so much. I appreciate the kind feedback. Did you get another bike after the R9T?
It's always amazing how unique this engine is....
Yes, I really learned to appreciate the airheads during this project.
Keeping my fingers crossed the battery will survive this time! 😅🤞
Same here. Soon I'll find out :D
I am always impressed by the clever and beautiful design of these engines 🤩 Well done job!
I‘m the same 🤩 there were quite a few moments during this project when I was wowed by the cleverness of engineering.
I went for the smaller/lighter on my R80 and so far so good also with a lithium battery

Who knew a Denso starter motor would fit the BMW! Thanks for the tip 😸

Or Nippon Denso

Eliminated with the Valeo
@BraydenBall-vg8fx yes, thank you 🙏💪
Nippon Denso far better!
Thanks for sharing brother 💪
