I have watched this video 3 times. That's how much it inspired me. After the first time, I went and brought a Eureka Lemon tree. Second time, I brought a steam canner, now this time, I am checking out electric citrus presses! The tree aint even flowering yet! It is here in my greenhouse over here in the UK. Welp, that settles it...I will be canning lemon juice as my first steam bath canning experience. This is brilliant and PERFECT for me cuz I use lemon juice literally EVERY day! My ultimate goal is to have a tree or two like y’all do. I hope you will bring the lemon tree cuttings back soon 🙏🏾👍🏽🙏🏾

If you ever have any juice to become inedible utilize it in household natural cleaning products. Air freshener, soap, all purpose spray. Tattler lids a new product, neat.
Sir, this year we were able to harvest plums, pears, figs, blackberries, oranges, and grapefruits from our backyard orchard. We also planted lemon, lime, pomegranate trees. This is beautiful..to drink fresh squeezed juice....OMG
I love my lemon trees, can't stop buying them smh, obsessed, just bought another one and a buddhas hand, never thought about canning the lemon juice and I use it alot. I Also use the lemon halves on my knees and elbows, it has really helped with dry skin patches. Every once in awhile I will add a spoonful of baking soda on the lemon half then rub it on my elbows.

2 cups lemon juice, 2 to 2 1/2 cups water, sugar to taste (1/3 cup for me). Full scoop of vanilla protein powder. Then vanilla bean ice cream. (I use 1/4 of a 1/2 gal). Turn on the blender and mix thoroughly. If you want to add a bit of zing to it, add Caravella lemon liquor to it. This will make a frothy head. I throw it in the freezer to where it is almost frozen and then stir. Either drink it then or continue to let it freeze. Makes great shaved ice. LOVE dunking thin chocolate chips in it when partially melted. LOVE this stuff. Warning. It is habit forming.
Okay I’m very young and love all things agriculture but I’m a big newbie. Why do you steam it? To make it last longer? And for all of your plants did you start with store bought food so you could take the seeds or what’s the most efficient way?
I ordered a pack to test these tattlers out a month ago, I have been using regular lids for years so i was not sure about them. They should be here this week.
Hey Lead, wondering if keep all of your citrus in pots or plant some in the ground. I think you’re NC, right? We’re a little colder climate in PA, so wasn’t sure if we could plant a colder variety (or varieties) of citrus here. We currently have a Meyer lemon & some type of orange, but they’re in pots.

Did you know that the lemon seeds have pectin in them. I put them into cheese cloth and cook in my jams and jellies!
