as a brazilian, i really liked it! to be honest, this is likely to happen, haha! ok, seriously now, the translation is impeccable, it's like a brazilian had actually done that. I know that some people helped with the translation, and I must say that it was amazing and very correct! I look forward to seeing more EAS scenarios from Brazil, of which there are few. good job!

Another Brazilian checking out here and that was a high quality video! I love EAS content and I've always thought that the Plantão da Globo gave me the shivers that the Americans and Canadians say they feel with their alerts 😅
The TV Globo's early 2000s template is so accurate and some of the topics (the debate between left-wing and right-wing - and the possibility of a third way - and the influence of religion on politics - specially the Neo-Pentecostal Evangelicals) remain relevant even today!
The Brazilian Portuguese language here is close to perfect, great job by you and Axolate!
I just wanted to point some few unsettling things, like "como for" being used translation of "however". Maybe it isn't gramatically wrong, but you 100% won't see an average PT-BR speaker using "como for", even in a highly formal context. There are plenty of words to give this idea of adversity like "porém", "mas", "contudo" and "todavia" (specially the first two, the last ones are kinda formal)
"Lorde" is also probably being used in the context I wouldn't expect to see, but that one is a tricky word indeed: it exists in Portuguese and I usually see it being used to define the title of nobility Lord, but the alternative word to call God here in Brazil is "Senhor" (which is literally translated "sir", and we also use "senhor" to refer to older people - and "Sir" is also a title of nobility, so we've made a great mess 😅)
Lastly, in 3:31, another tricky word: according to the UA-cam English subtitles, you meant to say "our policy has changed" in the "nossa polícia mudou" bit, but "polícia" means "police", the accurate word here would be "política" (which is also the word we use to translate "politics", so I understand that the possibility of confusion here is very high!)
Anyway, only natives would figure out these things and would still understand the sentences, the work is awesome and I'm just pointing these few things in the case of a sequel, like the Argentine anthem in the end made it look like, and maybe you need to use these words again! 😄

Sobre "o lorde" concordo plenamente com você, senhor teria sido algo mais exato. No police também concordo, acho q os dois sentidos valem mas política seria mais acurado. Como não sou fluente em inglês (pelo contrário, só sei ler), passa uns erros 😁

E eu compreendo, português e inglês são línguas com estruturas bem diferenciadas e, apesar do inglês ter virado a "língua universal", não impede que tenhamos dificuldade em escolher uma palavra ou outra dependendo do contexto, eu mesmo apanhei (e às vezes ainda apanho xD) bastante pra entender algumas coisas!

It would be really interesting if this one becomes a complete story. Perhaps you can follow the route of Ghost Recon Wildlands where an elite task force from the US goes in to intervene with the BNFP's activity in the country, and as they disrupt their operations, EAS broadcasts will come around and send updates to the public.
A nitpick but we don't really refer to "The Lord" as "O Lorde" but "O Senhor", besides that this is actually pretty convincing

I know this is obviously irrelevant in such a scenario, but I’m interested to see how Brazil would interact with other nations in this scenario, through the means of football. IRL, they won the World Cup in 2002, but would they even be allowed in this timeline? Also would Brazilian footballers be allowed to play in Europe?
