Also, great tip on the lead uppercuts. I struggle with that shot. Loading the lead foot with head tilt really helped me get a better feel for the 5!

You should talk to a doctor about it ASAP. There's no way for anyone on here to answer your situation. Go to a doctor, get some x-rays and follow their advice

Great stuff. It might be great to add 2-3 rounds of skipping on the front end. Great stuff nonetheless the less.
