Over thinking the negative for me is a problem. To deal with this Sometimes I ask myself ‘what is the actual problem and worst case scenario? ’ - regarding the issue that is stressing me out. Then I come up with solutions. Sometimes the worst case scenario may not be as bad as I think. Or the solutions are actually fairly simple. If the worst case scenario is beyond what I can deal with that’s when I look at alternatives and ask for help with some of the solutions. Happy New Year!

I kept holding it in until a panic attack Christmas morning. So sometimes you need to address the problem when it arises not further down the road. I didn't know my Auntie whom I haven't seen in 35 years was going to be there so I worked through it and got to my brothers house only to see 23 people eating lunch all turn around and look at me. I put on a brave face, went in and dealt with it. Glad I did. Though it was hot in Queensland and Auntie kept hugging sweaty me, bless.
