The Major downside for me as a Streamer is not having the abilty to add Filters Modules like compression, noise Gate or even a EQ in the software that's not the Beacn Mic. Your Entire Mix bottle necks to one channel in Streamlabs OBS. Be nice to see that added in an Future update.
When I see that, it makes me wish that Elgato does the same device cause I have the wave 3 mic that has its own device control interface. Having a device to manage every sources you use when streaming sounds great, especially when from a game to another the sound can be lower or louder... BEACN did a very good job here! The BEACN mix create settings works the same as wave link's but with just more functionalities, it's truly awesome!
It is awesome! And you can use this mixer to control the Wave mix as well! Just set up the wave the way you like it in the wave software, then, use this to control all your audio sources including the wave mic. Best of both worlds!
is it possible to use Audience mix for output on my own Speakers in Monitor and then Personal mix for my headphones i dont stream or create videos just enjoy that i could have total freedom with my audio to all my audio devices
@@xcrisso As long as you can assign your speakers as an output for the audience mix then you should be able to. This would most likely be set up through the software and your computers audio routing. But, in full transparency, I haven't tried this, just taking a guess.
@@EagleGarrett i can see 3 monitors in windows audio setting playback tab and can hear audio on all individualy but not together but as long they are on the playback tab then i would be able to use them in beacn?
Quick question : if I have the Beacn and I’m using a wireless headset on my pc and I’m using the mic from the headset , can I still control chat with the knob from the beacon if I drag the wireless headset chat audio source under the chat knob in the beacn software?
So ive done all the setting correct to my knowledge and Around @21:32 i never knew about that setting, but when i checked all those setting they were to their correct role and still my discord, music and mic still have no audio control to them. i have audio control over my games and browser though. and help?
Hello, Eagle! I'm a huge fan of your incredible work! I have a question that is unrelated to this video: do you know how to build up a Discord ban appeal system? Also, in the last few weeks, I've noticed individuals leaving specific servers but on leaving they get an automated feedback form from the server asking for the reason for leaving with a series of check boxes as answers. I think this is an excellent method to enhance your server by knowing why people are leaving. I haven't found a solution for those yet, and since you're a Discord specialist, perhaps you can assist!! Eagle, you are the best!!!!
You may be able to use a bot for a type of appeal system, but I don't know of the best option of the top of my head currently. As for the reason for leaving feedback system, I noticed one of those as well the other day. I think it's actually a new feature of Discord itself actually. But I haven't had a chance to look into it. I'll have to do some digging!
I'd say yes! Because the wave link doesn't have a physical controller that allows you to control each audio source individually right? This would allow you to control everything on one simple package.
@@EagleGarrett copy that I like the sliders way better but being able to use any interface is what makes this great. I want the vst3's first since I use the ns1 and others and dont want to give that up. Thanks!
@@CoffeeTalkandTechJohnRyan Yeah, in the end it'll boil down to preference and features. I'm just glad we have options that make usb mics a good choice again.

The Beacn Mix controls your computers system audio. It's not a device to control OBS sources unless you can get them to show up in the audio device list. But anything that shows up there should be ablebto be controlled easily.

The beacn mix is nice and at the addition of 55 dollars you can add 7 more buttons to it and get a beacn mix create

Hello eagle toetag80 In Canadian dollars the mic cost $279
Thats also what it costs in USD.

Can you pause and resumed Spotify with it ???
No, it's just an audio level adjusting and muting device. It doesn't control media.

Make sure you set those devices on your computer audio routing settings to be controlled by the appropriate channels on the Beacn Mix Create.
My only question is going into obs, how does it seperate volume what you hear and your chat hears? Does it do that do your own headphones?

Add a pcpanel to wavelink and its perfect.
@@CoffeeTalkandTechJohnRyan This does everything the PC panel does and more. You won't need a PC panel with a Beacn Mix or Mix Create.
