  • Hey loves!
This week’s video was inspired by my friends. People I know who are for the first time having to style their own natural hair while in quarantine. This is a completely beginner-friendly, step-by-step and highly detailed tutorial on how to achieve one of the simplest, yet sometimes most frustrating natural hairstyles. The twist out! In this video, I’ll show you from start finish how I achieve my signature twist out, the products I use, and tips on how to make your twist out just as voluminous, defined and moisturized. Enjoy!

My hair is to curly. My twistout never comes out right. My roots are frizzy and bcus my hair has different textures and curl patterns some parts look stringy and wild. Uggh! I give up. Wash n go dont look good either.

aqua fina I totally understand I have multiple hair textures but IT IS POSSIBLE to master Aishas twist out routine on multiple textured hair. I tried her technique and it worked for me. You just need products that will work for all textures and not just one!

Thank you so much for this tutorial! Your hair looks lovely. I tried it myself and I'd say I got pretty good results. I think my downfall was me deciding to band my twists after my hair dried to prevent shrinkage, because when I took my hair out it looked a little flat. Next time I'll just leave them be and embrace however short it looks so I can get the fullness I want haha. Thank you for sharing!

Love your results! New to using Rooted Treasure and love it, (I don’t mind the scent). I apply using a roller ball bottle (think a clean essential oil bottle, or purchase one at the store). Oil applies evenly and efficiently, (less waste). Thank you!

She has other videos on her channel, but for some advice, try putting her hair into a pineapple using a loose/stretchy scrunchie and covering it with a bonnet. Or you can try re-twisting her hair into larger twists and of course covering it with a scarf or bonnet. Hope this helps!
