How to read Genie ALC500 fault codes

I'm having trouble with an ALC 1000. It seems that the 5V output for the sensors isn't stable enough for a proper calibration.
Any idea what SMD is the voltage regulator from 12V to 5V?

Hi, I've tried to update the software on Genie S-85 XC year 2018 (Bootloader 1302967-1.7.1 and Firmware 1302966-1.9.5) via USB. The Bootloader successfully installed and during updating of Firmware DISCON, PCON main, PCON secondary and TCON secondary successfully update 100% but TCON main not updating and showing message "Sub-ECU not responding try to recovery. I've checked wiring and CAN resistance on J5 and J10 connectors, all good. The Genie have ALC-600 controllers.
