What really made me cut ties was when my mother had a stroke and I thought she was visiting to support me. Being an alpha female is not necessarily a good thing. A former friend of mine is one. A lawyer, notable achievements but her attitude and ego I could only handle in small doses. Also, there's a difference between being an Alpha and simply lack certain social and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and simply not knowing how to read a room. You can be an Alpha and still be successful romantically because you understand how to compartmentalize certain traits of your personality. It sounds like your ex friend severely lacks self awareness more so than the fact that she's an Alpha.
@@TomikaKelly You are absolutely correct. She lacks emotional intelligence. I decided to drop her as a friend after multiple things. These are just two. She invited me to a Gala for her job. She only invited me to try and make herself look good and to try to put me down in front of a man she was interested in. I am attractive but very reserved. I kept my composure during the event but told her off via text after. She apologized and I forgave her.
She did this again at her house warming. Putting me down in front of her colleagues.
What really made me cut ties was when my mother had a stroke and I thought she was visiting to support me.
She only came because a doctor she was interested in was ignoring her texts and phone calls so she was hoping to bump into him at the hospital my mother was recovering in since he worked there.

You can’t be born Alpha, it’s your reaction to experiences that determines your Alpha, Beta, etc., It comes, and goes
The more you conquer obstacles the more Alpha you become. The more you lose, the more beta you become. This is why most people stay in whatever position that allows them to feel like a winner. If they try something harder, and they fail, it might hit them hard and that can cause a downward spiral into a beta like character
And the way y’all described Alpha was really weak people. It’s the weak person that can’t control their actions even when they know it may hurt someone. It’s the strong who can withhold how they really feel cause they see the bigger picture

Alphas have an end goal. And they get to the END GOAL by ALL means . If they have a beta partner they would probably USE that person for their resources to get to that GOAL. (From going to a restaurant to purchasing an expensive item)

They didn’t define these personality the best to be honest and I think it’s only because most of the cast explained themselves the same way resulting in a lack of perspective.. I also think they explained these personalities in negative light maybe based off of personal experience with the different types of people the reality is all of these personalities have many pros and cons. I really think alpha was explained in a golden light compared to the others, and to be honest all of these roles are equally important in society. Again this is my opinion though
