It feels like Danny values father-like figure qualities in her romantic partner. My dad was the one who set me up in life, passed down a house to me, helped me start my own businesses, helped me with my credit and taught me how to save, and invested life and financial literacy skills into me, not my partner. I was already a ready made package when I got into a relationship.

This was all over the place. Here’s my take.
Women value security and safety and men value youthfulness, cooperation, and an opportunity to leave behind a legacy. Both genders will have a better chance at providing what the other needs during the prime age of 25-29 for women and 29-35 for men. That’s where you get the gap and that’s why women are better off dating older.
There are always exceptions to the rule. Some men are forced to mature sooner and some women mature at a slower rate. And some people at any age are just not good for you.

Actually women aren't better off with gaps. Studies show a marriage is more successful the smaller the age gap. Even a 5 year gap increases chance of divorce by 18%. The average age gap in the USA is 2.3 years. Most people show the vast majority of their life accomplishments by 35, and highest earners in the country if you look at careers and age of starting, is mid to late 20s. If a woman values stability that much, marry a man on the right path in his 20s like whether he graduated university or trade school, are his skills valuable in the market place. If you're looking for white collar men, majority are established late 20s, early 30s (if medicine).

Stability is having a stable income, stable address and so on. Most older men 35 + are stable , that is the point.
Stability isn't just your income. It's what you do with it. The guy making 40k a year with 3 to 6 months of living expenses saved. Little to no debt, good credit, retirement accounts set up, and has maintained that income for 2 or more years.
Is more stable than the guy making 100k a year. But his money fluctuates, little to no savings, bad credit, lives beyond his means, in heavy debt etc

So true, I work in tech and the 22 year olds are stable. Almost everyone around me has retirement accounts investing in HSA/401k/Roths, emergency savings, no debt, their own apartment and car with stable income. It depends on your social circle. If you work in Tech, finance, Operations, or healthcare, your social network has a lot more stable people who are young. Half of my social circle is Asian/White, and they're pretty much all stable by 27/28 because they chose STEM fields.

Honestly I'm 27 and my GF is 23. She explained to me that she has learnt so much from me. Her career has advanced. Her finances are now flourishing. Dating someone that's already established can really be a game changer and generally that's someone who is older.

I could tell that the 2 young men would be triggered by this, but they’ll learn to appreciate the way women think once they get older. Men typically don’t hit their financial stride until mid 30s, which is why younger women are attracted to us (41 years old). The green-haired young lady is telling the truth. But I will give Rico credit for speaking the truth about the 26 year old dating a 40 year old man. Check in with her in 2 years, because she’s not marrying him, however with young women today, maybe her goal is to simply leverage her looks in order to gain short term monetary benefits, and the 40 year old gets access to her body. It’s an even trade, in my opinion.

Women are always attracted to older men because men's prime doesn't usually kick in until their late 20s to early 30s where they're fully stable and settled where women's prime is in her 20s. Women are on a faster timeclock which is why women are usually always ready to take a relationship to the next level. Women are more desirable in their 20s where men are more desirable in their late 20s to early 30s.
This is a good topic. I just turned 40. Do you know how many men w/i the 40-55 age range, still don't have themselves together? Do you know how many of them still live at home w/ their parents? I know a few. I also know almost 50 yr old men that are knee-deep in debt, barely getting by, no money in the bank, priorities messed up b/c they're moving like they're still in their teens and 20's. These men are capping for younger women to pull them, b/c they think younger women are gullible enough to think their older age equates to wisdom, stability and security. Far example, lets say his mortgage is $2000 per month; his car note/insurance is 500 p/m; his other bills are 1000 per month, which totals about $3500 p/m. Some would say that he should have at least $10,500 in the bank. That would be 3 months of $3500 p/m saved up. Now, some ppl would even say you should have 6 months of your debt saved up, but I think 3 months of money saved up for monthly bills is fair. This will cover any emergencies or a loss of job for at least 3 months. But the reality is, a lot of us are living check-to-check and if we miss a check, then we're struggling and that's when ppl start getting evicted and losing their cars and homes. Also, this needs be applied to women also. When we get in our 40's, we are expected to be wiser and more financially responsible. Now, going back to the society's expectations of a man, you all are expected to provide for your women and children. So now, those are other liabilities and/or dependents that you are expected to financially support. So, you would need to add more money to your rainy day fund. Now these ladies want sugar daddies who have hundreds of thousands of dollars and millions in the bank. However, the average man don't have that.

I would like to see a wider variety of host. For example; age and background wise. With age comes experience. Seems like most of the host are young. I’m not saying that they are not knowledgeable. At least have a mature guest for a subject like dating older. An elder brother who has dated older women or and elder sister who has dated older men in her youth would bring some valuable perspectives.
I would love to see these young children 25 years from now. That would be very interesting because right now they are talking about what they think instead of what they know. I can say, me dating someone who is 6-10 + years older than me is usually a no for me. My reason to it is, it reminds me of an older relative or sibling. It then puts me in a weird space of no that can be my father, uncle etc. ( now this is just me ) there’s men around my age who are mature and are wise and are stable. Wanting to get married around a certain time frame doesn't mean that person has to be older. A man can be 21-25 and if that's his desire in life to be married early-- once he's in a long-term relationship he can discuss his desires with his girlfriend. Being in your early 20s and marrying someone around your same age group doesn't mean the two wants to be girlfriend and boyfriend for 8+ years and engaged for 10+. Your partner being close in age doesn't mean it'll last or the two of you will be compatible. If that was the case then no one would be single. Every man in their 30s in this world isn't burnt out with baggage.

I think she got offended because of the way he worded it. He obviously does not agree with and Danny and the lighter hair lady had already spoken on her experiences and why that was bad. What she went through and whatever traumas/hardships she had to endure because she dated a man that was 20+ over. When Danny said date older she meant no more than 5 years, Rico took a situation that was completely different (20+ years and 5 years is a huge difference) to try and make a point, and was disrespectful while doing it. The lighter hair lady hadn't come at Rico at all but since Rico was heated he told Danny that she would end up like her. Like that was just rude and I get what he was trying to do but it should've been articulated better by him.
