      Hello! I am new to your program and I love all your videos. My questions is, which exercise work best for the lower abs. Due to both pregnancies and have a pouch along with some loose skin. Please help!

    This was my first time actually doing a TIU workout after hearing about y'all for about 2 years. I'm sweating & my abs are burning. Thank you so much; loved it!

    I'm not a fan of reality TV or when people "glam" things up. These girls changed me! I'm absolutely in love with these two and their videos! Their positive smiling personalities are infectious and they motivate me like no other fitness guru ever has. Keep up the amazing work ladies! I wish you many more years of success and happiness because you give so much to the TIU community!

    I loved this ab routine! It was the perfect length, and not the typical moves you see on ab workouts. I'd love to see more ab routines on Tone It Up. I think that was the only thing missing from Beach Babe 3. Thanks for another great workout! :)

    Hello ladies!! I didn't have time to get this ab routine in today I only did 45 minutes of cardio & bikini arms, I have 3 girls so I have to squeeze in as much as I can through out the day I'll try and squeeze it in tomorrow before my zumba class! Thank you :-)

    When you engage opposite arm and opposite leg you are using both sides of your brain. This routine is good for your brain ;)

    Could you tell us what size barrel does Katrina use for getting that gorgeous waves that she wears in the pool clips from the beginning? Or could you do a hair tutorial? Hair looks beyond amazing

    Painful, but short and sweet! Thanks for no wild (fun) jumping moves in this one; I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy asks trying to avoid bouncing around so much - this workout was fab! Thanks for making me a sweaty mess at 6 am :)

      miasara79 5-15 lbs. Start with 5 lbs and if you find it easy go up some.

    Is there an alternative to the plank jacks? I have to keep things pretty low impact due to some terrible knee injuries...also I don't have a good solid surface for jumping around that won't make the whole building shake...any tips appreciated!

      Casey Sorrell Maybe do mountain climbers instead since they're good for your heart rate. I don't know if that would be too much for your knees though.

      You can get in plank position and bring one leg out and back to the middle at a time alternating legs

      It is advisable that you workout a specific part of the body 3-4 times a week on alternate days. Otherwise you could sign up for their bikini series where they explain exactly what workout should be done every day:)
