I have a similar issue and vehicle, mine s60 t4, got notification while going on an inclined road, when i try to rev my car, it has a sound like a blowoff air: i found that one of my intercooler hose (connected to throttle body) when bad,cracks near the clump.
Driving in the sport mode solves the problem temporary for me. It looks like the diesel filter is the source of the problem. Driving about 40 km on the lower gear (2500-3000) works like the passive regeneration of the diesel filter.
@@Ainanleo according to my research the only non invasive solution is to regenerate the filter every time the problem appears again. Please let me know if there is another one
Reading through the messages you've said is was fuel filter in one message, turbo pipe in another and perhaps generator or alternator in another .. so which was it as its quite confusing.
I wrote many things coz i have changed all of them. But i suggest you start with generator. As mine this problem started after major service so mechanic change many things at once. Hopefully it will help you thanks
In my Volvo V60 D4 i've got same problem only by bad weather. Now i changed the Airflow Sensor, but it didn't work. The last couple of days we had dry weather - no issue. now it's rainy again - reduced engine performance. no idea what's the problem. what do you guys think?
@Ainanleo yes it's a split boost pipe, i got it fixed yesterday. Had exactly the same symptoms as yours. Reduced engine power and a sort of woosh coming from drivers side bonnet under acceleration
Same problem , i cleaned my EGR and problem still , a guy told me it s probably in french "durite intercooler" or " débitmètre" Is there someone who can help me ?i have not a lot of money i cant ask a spécialist to check because its to expensive ? Thank you

Same in my but check the filter oil ,,fuel need to change do full service and you going to see how nice is work trust me bro

There is an injector issue I'm assuming is quite common on d2 engine

In ur case i cant say anything. Seems like a sensor or somewhere lose cable that is why once its wet its has problems as water goes everywhere
I got tge turtle light ,got a new fuel filter and still have tge reduced performance light coming on????
Did u put original fuel filter ?
@@Ainanleo what ???? I changed filter for a new filter , still same problem, computer says it's a mass air flow sensor,,, so changing that next

Had it also, just changed Diesel filter and error was gone. Would start with that before doing expensive repair works.

No injector is Different story
My power loss on Volvo d2 is only on 3-4 gear but car will get upto 70 on motorway, will get to know in next couple of days I hope it gets sorted
