Everyone put together and polished like they cared about their appearance. Fast forward to 2022 and you have to look around to see who is NOT wearing pajamas or ripped up jeans.
@@BigPoppieSeed of course not! Just some things are always going to happen, atleast 3 of 5 women in Target or Walmart will be wearing Yoga pants, pajamas or ripped jeans. I notice it because I always make jokes about being the only person there not wearing yoga pants or PJs, and whoever I am with laughs and then makes a comment like 'I never noticed!" lol It's like that in America, anyways..not sure about other places.
Each to his/her own... I think it of no importance....at all. I wear shorts and sensible shoes and sometimes a shirt not much else... because I'm comfortable. I also have a big ole beard down to my chest....because I don't enjoy shaving. I'm comfortable and could care less if I do or don't look/dress/act like someone else thinks I should..... It's really quite ridiculous if you look at it truthfully. I mean it is self evident....no? Vanity and vexation of one's spirit is how King Solomon worded it.
@@BigPoppieSeed I certainly think there is a time and place for comfort and practicality, but society seems to have lost a certain spirit in presenting the best version of themselves and I'd say it's obviously effected the culture at large. But that's just my lil' ole' opinion. I'm not judging anyone for their choices. Their choices are a reflection of our culture and attitudes. In the video above, you see more smiling and greeting each other, more laughter, just overall more happiness. You don't see that nowadays.
Picture perfect with all the charm to go along , all so well dressed ,clean and appear happy ,I believe these for the most part were the aristocrats of the time
Freakin awsome share! Thank you! I would stay down at the boardwalk two weeks every summer in Wildwood, south Jersey back in the late 60's and 70's Felt very old and creepy to me way back then....and now I know why. Things have turned 180° lately and so have I.... "no longer riding on that merry-go-round....I just had to let it go"
I was raised there. Atlantic City was the East Coast equivalent to San Francisco on the west coast. Tartarian stronghold for sure IMHO. I worked in construction (and demolition) when the casinos were were being built and the evidence that these buildings were there for centuries prior was undeniable. I was on the demolition crew of the Marlborough-Blenheim - what a sad day when we brought her down. She is my mistress - A.C. - Miss America by the Sea. Eternal love for this sandbar in the sea. ❤️
wow sweet!! much appreciated
People looking smart appreciate ya watching have a great day
Awesome. The Marlborough-Blenheim as a hotel that rivaled todays construction in existence then was confirmation of inherited architecture.

Didn’t these people question about who built these buildings and trains at that time ? You think they would have.
You think they would unless they knew or they built them .
@@captainkirk1 never thought about that.
They believed the lies, just like we did.
