@@DistilledVoice I don’t know. I feel like sometimes I can’t say I have bulimia, even though I purge so often. I’ll go without purging for a week though, despite much guilt. I’ll restrict but don’t starve, so anorexia is out of the picture. That’s just disordered eating not eating disorder. Then I also binge. I can’t figure myself out for the life of me. Though, purging is the most common thing I do. I’ll do it 1-2 times a day usually, but it’s weird. I don’t even know anymore

Ugh, I've been having a rough time for a while now, thank you for uploading! ❤ just in time...
My fav way to make matcha is frothing 4oz of water with a teaspoon of matcha powder in a glass. then i usually get a second cup and put ice in it. i add agave for sweetener (you can use whatever torni vanilla syrup, honey etc) then pour the matcha over the ice and sweetener. then i add oat milk to fill the cup up and then mix it. hands down the best way to me. i feel like almond milk doesn’t really go with matcha as well.

To make a good matcha is really easy just start with ceremonial grade matcha powder, the culinary grade is for cooking and is bitter. To sweeten you can use 1:1 ratio water to sugar melt on the stovetop and use 2 tbsp or more for sweetness to taste. Blend 1 cup of milk of choice with the sugar syrup, pour over ice. Whisk 1 oz warm water into 1 tsp matcha, when frothy pour over the top. You’re welcome. Adjust to taste of course. It’ll be delicious ✨🤤
