Im 17 and I was diagnosed about a week ago with a binge eating disorder with a lot of other things it’s been so so hard for me I’ve been terrified of eating food but then at other times I absolutely need it to numb my feelings. It’s such a roller coaster when it comes to food. tomorrow I’m going to a pumpkin patch and I’m so scared to go because I know all of the fall foods will be there and my family will want to try them all but that will encourage me to binge.
