I just bought mine (here in the states) and absolutely love it. She literally sings once the power valve opens up. I could ride around all day just playing with the throttle in first and second to hear all 4 cylinders harmonizing inside that Akra filtering down the 101.
Finally, a REAL dyno operator. Not a single pull 5th gear dynojet run like nearly every one selling mail in “flashing” does. Real dyno operation is every gear, proper tuning is every gear. Proper fueling is NOT chasing AFR.
Cheers for that , If this was a dedicated race machine , the chaps at TBR performance would have gone down a very in-depth route but this is mainly a road and seldom track machine and the owner wanted longevity, balance , performance and a plush rideable motor
Hi, great video Abi. Just bought a 2020 (last of the pre electronic ohlins) Factory RSV4. Mine had a map by Dave woods on it before i got it. its super smooth at the bottom end round town. Is this power figure at the crank or wheel. Guessing wheel power.
It’s definitely wheel power through the dyno Enjoy that bike It’s a fabulous machine I personally think these are the best RSV4 before the new ones came along. And sometimes I think not having electronic suspension isn’t too bad especially for track use

I couldn’t agree more
I’ve had an Aprilia RSV4 RF since 2017 and it’s just superb in so many ways
Lovely Italien masterpiece! Nothing beats the v4 engine ❤
Totally agree , they really got that bike spot on by 2020 , proper masterpiece

¨We´re not chasing power here...¨ Goes ahead and extracts 15hp at the wheel. Quite the monster you have there.
😂😂😂.. I think there’s was more to be had if this was a race bike , a few more tweaks here and there
good video abhi!
Thank you very much mate
Did you close off the twin pairs?
The pairs are closed for tuning, it doesnt make any difference during acceleration tuning, but obviously affects IAP tuning when its open
Thanks for replying Matt
Thank you for your question , Matt has replied I can see
