- I traveled to Brentuning near Boston, MA to get my 2020 BMW S1000RR and 2019 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory ECU flashed. The bikes produced great power on their dynojet 250i. The bikes perform great on the street too!

I love that Aprilia and would absolutely love to own one. I was shopping for the new R1 but man that S1000RR really impresses me looks and power. It out does the R1 in everything other than sound.
yeah maybe in usa where you get underpowered machines cause of pollution restrictions, but here in europe the r1 kills the beemer anyday stock

I got several liter bikes...
I choose crossplane even with 20cv less than other 'screamers'.
with crossplane you use power...you are not used by it... that's one right and simple way to explain the difference .
no surprise in motogp there are no screamers from years ... they got 2 stroke power curves ... nothing down and too much rush over...mmm...on a crossplane you leave the clutch and got tons of power immediately...you can even wheelie from 2000 rpm ...do that on a screamer and you would seem just an idiot trying to wheelie a booged down motor...nothing till about 5000 minimum on.the.best of them...which is bmw..6000 honda/suzuki and even.7000 on kawa which got the longest gear ratio....
best motor for pure pleasure is crossplane after V motor, and last old obsolete screamers

@@mrk02mrk show me a bren tune bike in motoamerica, world superbike, british superbike, world endurance, I can keep going. The dyno has a correction error and this can be implemented to get inflated numbers. All online tuners use it. Crack sells. and they are great at it.

my son picked up a Tuono with a race tuned RSV4 , SC ti exhaust and other go fast bits , he was tired of getting pulled by his brother's ZX10r A Tuono with 220 hp is stealth sleeper, and its the bike Aprilia needs to build next

RSV 1100 is a no brainer folks! BMW is popular, but the horsepower on that Aprilia is phenomenal! My choice hands down

Full time closed loop is what Ford uses in the ecoboost so that it can run the best fueling and timing map. Doesn’t matter if you put 87 octane or 100 octane.

Crazy numbers, congrats!! I got PC V , dynojet quickshifter, racefit slip on, race ecu(which i think pc v overrode?), and dynojet auto tune coming in today for my RSV4 Factory (2010). With these mods, what do you think I am pushing to the wheels?
You’re going to need some headers. That slip on aint gonna do anything for you besides make it sound like the beast it is. That said, I’d hope you get at least 175 to wheels
@@blade643 I appreciate that! I do feel a little difference between the oem pipes and aftermarket; but headers will definitely carry a help, might look into it. 175 with what I got rn isn't too bad.
You talk about Aprilia's a lot and I understand that's because you do own one but I still think you should be giving MV Agusta a chance even though it's somewhat of a rare bike here in the US.
Thing is you'll be having a rare bike that hardly anyone has that is just as reliable as any other high-end sport bike.

I did ask you something along the lines of why didn't you have an MV Agusta and you had told me: that it was because parts for the bike are hard to come by and that's understandable but at the same time, I'm told that the Mv Augusta's are pretty solid, just overall very reliable compared to other high-end expensive bikes like Ducati and Aprilia.

I would love to see a back to back test between the Brentune and a Gabro or Openflash tuned ECU on 93 octane. No other tuner of the Aprilia RSV4 has made as large a "found HP" claim as Brentuning has over the Aprilia Race ECU. All the others are claiming 4-5 HP max over the Aprilia race ECU.
His numbers are inflated .. notorious for it
That's the problem with straight Dyno numbers with nothing to compare them against. There are SO MANY things that can affect numbers. Even with that it doesn't look like he is showing SAE corrected numbers.
Archontechnica nope at 8:00 you can see he’s using STD which always gives higher numbers LOL.. again he’s notorious for inflated numbers .. a lot of people running around thinking their bikes are making 200+ to the wheel with bolt ons and a flash LOL

How does the R1M compare against the S1000RR both with bolt ons and tune? Would like to see both on the dyno SAE corrected. I’m assuming R1M doesn’t have the top end the BMW does.
Yahama is NOT known to make power. They suffer in MotoGP for the exact reason as well. Not saying they aren't fast but the R1 wasn't designed to be a topend monster unlike the ZX10 or the S1K or even the RSV4 1100.
I’ve raced a tuned r1m and I was stock fully s1k22 and I pulled from him putting 3 cars between us. There not good for racing. Idk about power

Did you install a Quick Shifter on this bike or is his gear shifting just that good for no clutch application?
It comes stock with a quick shifter and auto blipper
@@650ib oh wow, I had no idea. Apparently I did not do my research well enough. I have a 2021 M package coming end of the month. Supposed to arrive in New Jersey and then make its way to the West Coast to me. I did not know that was stock on there but I am super excited now!

Depends on your flexibility
6 foot it is fine. You are in a tight racing position and if you can deal with that then you are all good. Taller than that and you will need rearsets
