I totally agree about the brow gels and lip liners. I still haven't found a decent brow gel and had such high hopes for the Benefit, but it was terrible. The Maybeline lipliners are also my favourite. Gone Greige is the perfect purpley cool toned muted colour and does not budge. As a fellow long haired woman, I've given up with glossy lips. I always end up with streaks across my face after my hair gets stuck in it. Now I just use the Blistex Ultra Lip Balm SFP50 for hydration and sun protection on top of lip liner and it's perfect. Have you tried the L'Oreal Unlimited Mascara in the black genie bottle shaped tube with the bendable applicator? It's been my holy grail for over 10 years and no other mascara has ever compared. I love your reciews so much Lyn. You've become my favourite beauty content creator. I'd love to see you do some full makeup tutorials. All the best. Anna x
thank you Anna for your messages. yes I totally agree with you on the benefit one! no I haven’t tried the L’Oréal unlimited mascara, but it’s now on my list of things to purchase along with the Paula Choice BHA toner that you recommended! are you from Australia? have you tried the MCO beauty mascara? xxx
@@lynjiang Hi Lyn. I'm originally from Sweden, but I used to live in Brisbane (South side), and now live in the Highlands of Scotland. Don't forget to try the IT Cosmetic BBP compact powder. Nothing controls oils like it. Just remember to use sparingly and set with setting spray to prevent any flasback. It's an oily skin girls life saver! I haven't tried the MCO mascara, but I'll check it out.
@@lynjiang Have you considered trying a lash lift? It's ideal for asian clients with straight lashes. At home use is easily done if you have a steady hand. Otherwise pop into a reputable salon with good reviews. It's lasts for about a month to 6 weeks, but if you can get the hang of it yourself at home, you'll save a fortune.
@@lynjiang Not many people know this, but the L'oreal Unlimited mascara is the exact same formula as the Lancome Idole mascara. Another personal favourite, but the L'oreal Unlimited is much more affordable.
@ yes okay! amazing! ohh nah don’t bother! i think the mco beauty mascara is worth it if you’re in Australia and can get it half price. was wanting to know what you thought of it if you tried it 🥰
What is the secret about your skin? Is it a glowy sunscreen? Or which products do you use? It is very nice, a kind of glass skin.. And thank you for your video. It was helpful.
Thank you so much for your compliments but I think it’s a lot to do with the lighting I use for the videos. Lighting smoothes out everything 😆 I also have combination oily skin. I do slather on a lot of moisturizer and sunscreen. I use QV cream, Embryolisse Lait Cream, and Olay complete SPF 30 sunscreen which are all pretty hydrating ❤️
Thank u for ur honesty i actually wanted to buy these but i changed my mind after this video
❤️ welcome!

I have coarse south asian brows and for years i've just been using setting foam for hair on my brows.
Ooo cool! which setting foam do you use?
