I feel like I actually understand the purpose of each step with this little walk through. I missed that learning makeup teenage phase so I'm attempting catch up in my late 20s and this was super helpful!
felt that, nice to know that there are other people catching up!!! I was always more of a tomboy but as for now I want to really learn make up. Sometimes it’s a bit intimidating but I’m here for the ride 💅🏾
It nice to know where not alone. I'm 39 and have worn make up once in my life which was my wedding 18 years ago. All of a sudden I feel like I'm missing out, so trying to learn and give it ago.
Makeup has always intimidated me and I had to rely on relatives to help me prepare for formal occasions. I have managed to apply a full face of minimal makeup on my own thanks to your tutorial. Thank you!
This is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm so intimidated by videos that tout "minimal makeup" but still include contour, primer, a lot of brushes, and a whole slew of items that I don't feel comfortable investing in. But your video only requires me to buy 2 items (bronzer and blush) and I'm 100% ok with that! Thank you!
Suggestion for Brow gel: in addition to dabbing excess product off, do the inner/beginning part of your brow last, so there isn’t as much product. I always start in the middle of my brow & work to the end, then do the beginning part of the brow. Hope this helps someone! ☺️
I’m a 23 yr deep into motherhood with my toddler, I’m a 23 yr old who NEVER learned how to do her makeup , how to give myself a little lift me up. And I just wanna say thank you! I just recreated this look for the 1st time and WOW! This video is literally so freaking easy to follow, I paused the video with each step and I was still able to get it all done in 10 minutes! 😭❤️
Can I just take a second to thank you for these makeup tutorials? I've always been completely lost with makeup, and these videos are game changers. Easy to understand, follow along, and not like 800 steps. Thank you!
As an enthusiastic beginner in make-up, thank you soo much for confirming that you do not need a ton of make-up to look good. I was really starting to feel super overwhelmed by the numerous items other beauty channels used and recommended. Thank you soo much again and love the look ❤️
Love it! I'am 42 years old and what favors me the most is to enhance my facial features in a natural way, I don't like to wear too much makeup but I don't like to go out without makeup either so I'm opting for no make up make up. I like they products that You used so I'm gonna give them a try ;)
I was looking for ways to look good in the face without the use of makeup and as a girl who does not wear makeup, I appreciate you not bashing girls who don't wear makeup and also loved your skin prep and how you spoke on the minimal day wears like sunscreen spf and/or concealer that gives you just the amount of "wake up look". I will keep these tips in mind. Thanks beautiful ❣️
I've watched a lot of natural minimal makeup look, only to be disappointed at how many products and steps it takes. It makes me think what even is the point? 😅 this video is the first one I truly enjoyed and believed!! I wasn't duped into anything. Thank you for actually doing what the title said. You're gorgeous ❤
Hi Bre! First, let me say congratulations on your pregnancy! What an exciting time for you! Next, I’m a 50+ woman who has watched numerous beauty influencers and I fell in love with your channel the first time I watched you. Being a mature woman, with mature skin, I cannot pinch my cheeks for color and throw on mascara and lip gloss like I did in my 20’s and say I’m good. Well…I can…but you know. 😂) And, I don’t have the time or desire for a “full-on” everyday make up look. Fortunately, I was blessed with good skin and didn’t even use foundation when I was younger but as you age, you tend to lose the luminosity and the youthfulness. I like this routine for the simplicity with beautiful results. Moisturize, sunscreen, then minimal makeup to hide those perfections. Again, thank you. You’re a beautiful young lady with good, honest beauty advice. I wish you much happiness. ❤
Bonjour🤗ooohhhh I feel you! I'm 51 and (thx God!) I have a very "good-easy" skin😅 I never really like any make up, but my mind changed 2 years ago😂😂😂😂 I do my minimalistic + skincare everyday, and ad u said "my skin notices it!!!" big bisous doux from Spain 😘🍭😘🍫😘🍓🌺💜🙏🏻
I just love this! I am a mom of 4 and just 6 weeks away from having baby 5, so I know I need to simplify my routine. I feel like I have been relying too much on foundation and eye shadows and want a lighter, more natural look. This is so helpful! I love that you are such a big advocate of good skincare.
Love this simple make up routine. I am in my early 50s and blessed with good skin because I started my beauty skin care at a very young age. If you have good skin, it is best to have minimal make up. This is one of the best tutorials I've seen that works for me.
@thelovelywife when I was 15 made sure to wash 3x a day because teenagers usually have oily skin. So when I was in school, I'd wash my face during lunch break. When I hit mid 20s I started using anti aging creams at night and sunblock in the morning and powder over it as make up. I would skip foundation because i felt mid 20s skin didn't need it. and made sure to wash my face thoroughly at bedtime. If you wear make up, always double cleanse. Use make up remover first before your actual cleanser. Then toner and serum or moisturizer. The moisturizer should also depend on the weather
omg i’m 17 and this is literally my everyday makeup routine. glad to know i’m doing something right😂 i use all drugstore makeup pretty much but i like your suggestions for better quality products, def gonna give some a try
Thank you so much!!! Ever since the pandemic began and we wore masks I quit wearing makeup and still wear mask at work because I’m in close proximity with my clients, that said I’m getting Married soon and I’m not a fancy person or bride and want to do my own makeup and this is perfect for me!! Just a little something to help accentuate my features so thank you!!! And congratulations on your baby!! 🙏🏻💖
I’m starting to get into make up and I really appreciate how easy and to the point your videos are , also this is the kind of make up I want to wear , something that looks natural but good. Thank you for not making your videos 20 mins long and full of fluff! I’m going to give these products a go!
Love this. Can't wait to try the tinted sunscreen. Exactly what I wanted to find. I wear concealer without foundation A LOT of the time but the wanted something to just even things out a bit more. Also do u have a powder you'd recommend to set this look for those of us who need powder? Powder is a must for me
We need more videos like this. I am not a make up artist and i am so bad with make up , i rarely use or never simply because for me it seems so complicated ,time and money consuming. Also i love the natural looks just like this one. Thank you !
Gorgeous!! I love this look. Very ‘Au natural’ and fast. I am a mom of 4 and simplicity + speed is my need right now, and I love wearing makeup and it makes me feel like myself.
I absolutely LOVE how you emphasized skin care. Skin care is the foundational skill to beauty routines of all kinds, whether it’s a minimal makeup for daily beauty, or setting yourself for a dinner and theater night?
I just discovered this and I just want to say that you are So beautiful! Your voice is so calming to listen to and you just have this amazing brightness to your voice and the happy way you speak about things! Even just from one video I get the feeling that you're going to be an amazing mom! Keep up the great work! 🔆💛
Absolutely perfect as always! As a busy (and lazy lol) future nurse, I love this trend of minimal makeup, it feels realistic, doable. I'd just skip bronzer, because it does not flatter me at all, for I am too pale. Thank you so much for sharing this with us, you make me think I can wear that confidence as well ❤️
With your beautiful and spotless skin I can't comprehend how you relied so much on foundation omg girl if I had your skin (and bone structure as a bonus lol) I would conquer the world bare faced
Aw haha thank you. I have worked really hard to get my skin to this point! Before I used the right products and had the routine I have now my skin was rough! I had to use foundation much more consistently to cover up the acne and inconsistencies in my skin which was also contributing to the problem 😅 I’m super happy I learned the proper way to take care of my skin and now I can go more bare faced and feel confident! It’s been a journey for sure!
I absolutely love this!!! I just had 2 kids back to back and now I go back to putting make up and taking care of myself....so thankful for this video!! Love the products!!!
This video came at the right time, I was just looking for some inspo. I love your makeup style, it’s elegant and so easily wearable. Also, congratulations on your pregnancy! ❤
I never spend a lot on makeup... I always feel bad spending money on myself when I have kids. But you convinced me. You look. amazing. I bought all these products. Nicely done explaining everything! Thank you!
Hello. I just recently discovered your channel and your minimal make up truly is the LEGIT minimal makeup - no foundations, setting spray and a ton of products. I tried your tutorial on me for a party and it looked awesome. I also shared this video to a friend, this is how convinced I am with your make up tutorial. Thank you and I hope you are resting well with your new baby.
You don’t need makeup. You are already pretty inside and out. I am glad to accidentally came upon your video and so glad I did. It helped me a lot. Thanks!
@@cyanidesidesaladRIGHT idk why people feel the need to say things like that as if it’s a compliment they act as if it’s a crime regardless of being pretty or not makeup is a way for us to express ourselves and beautify ourselves even more
That’s pretty much my route these days with makeup too…but the only thing I add is highlight😊 and usually only at the brows and tops of cheeks❤. I like the Saie concealer too, they also have a few other items I enjoy.
To be honest i am not confident with myself if i put too much make up on my face. I believe in natural beauty as well. This video will help me to enjoy my minimalist make up look. Thank you so much❤
The telescopic is my go-to mascara too! That’s a gorgeous no-makeup look. It’s perfect as is for you, but I’d add liner / nude lipstick for myself. If I had your lips though I wouldn’t need anything else!
I now know how to use the brow gel properly with this video and this is the kind of make-up I want to achieve everyday. More like a no make-up look. Thank you. ❤️🇵🇭
You’re STUNNING ❤ I LOVE THIS!!! Honestly you don’t even need makeup but I do get how a tiny bit can make you feel like more beautiful. Super gorgeous ❤❤❤❤
Love it! I haven’t tried any of the Saie products but they look great. No powder needed for the concealer!?? I’m interested in trying it. You look gorgeous. Love this minimal look. You have gorgeous eyes, no shadow no liner needed.❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this! I come from not wanting the hassle of make up but this makes me think that maybe I can be pretty without too much. I love tinted moisturiser/sunscreen, multipurpose is my thing. And I love that you also use the same blush for lips. As I wear glasses, I ignored my eyes a lot but I might just include that and concealer in my routine. Thanks for this!❤
Makeup did disappear for me until my son was about four years old as he spent half a year in NICU and is disabled so priorities had to change for his high needs but now being back at it for a year it's so nice to find a bit of myself again a few times a week!
This was so lovely to watch. Being under 15 minutes is a godsend. Do you have any tips on finding out how to find the right shades of everything? I’m having a hard time finding the right shade of concealer, foundation, bronzer, etc.
🥰you glow!!!! Loved this look!!! I am ALWAYS on the run with my kids and work, makeup is one of the “ self care/ me time” moments of my day. Natural looks are my go to. ❤
You have a fantastic personality and how you walked us through your process is super clear! Ok, this is definitely minimal, but I’m someone who doesn’t wear makeup at all (just tinted spf) so would love a video that’s minimal minimal 😂 Meaning, if I wanted to wear makeup that highlights my main features or give my face a pop, what’s the least I should go for? Thank you!
Love this! Ive always done minimal makeup but did almost no base apart from cc cream, powder bronzer all over and concealer. Then id add neutral eye shadow, mascara and brows. The last year or so ive been loving adding a bit more base with a contour stick, a blush like this and sometimes a pop of highlighter. Then i do less on the eyes. Very glowy and fresh. Loving it ❤
Hello. I SO appreciate this video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! I am almost 40 and have never worn makeup. I will soon be out in the world to get a professional career after graduating from college. So, now I need to learn how to do all of this. I watched your video and took some notes to figure out what I should buy. As a complete newbie to makeup, I honestly want the most natural and bare minimum look. Just like you showed here. Great job, by the way! Wearing makeup at all is not something I desire to do, but something I feel like I have to do. So less is certainly better. I love that you said NO FOUNDATION! Unless I missed something, it also looks like no eye shadow, and you mentioned no eye liner. Yay! Less things to do! Your routine seems simple enough for me to copy. I look forward to following your steps in this video and learning more from you going forward. I subscribed to your channel. 🙂After watching your video, I did wish that you might lay out all of the products you used in the video so that your viewers could take a screenshot of everything (brushes, makeup, sponges, etc.) with the labels clearly visible. I have found that when going to the store for something I'm mostly unfamiliar with, it always makes it easier to have images to speed up the searching process. I do have one question... How do I figure out what color shades I need for my skin tone? Such as like with the concealer and bronzer. I assume the stores don't let people try things out before buying. Is it like a trial and error guessing game when starting out? Thank again for your help! - Willow
Yes very minimalistic I love this. You did an amazing job explaining everything to us. I also love makeup myself and I only use bronzer, some blush, eyeliner, highlighter {very little} and lipgloss and that's it. You are very pretty either way. 💕 I am glad that I found your channel hun. Congratulations on your pregnancy. 🎉
Juvia's Place has these multi-purpose foundation sticks/ shade contour sticks that are amazing. I have one that I use as a bronzer and contour. It's creamy, blends out beautifully, and it looks natural. You should try it!! I will have to try the Milk Makeup one you used here. I love how it looks on you!
I enjoy watching you so much! And I learn a lot watching your videos. I love your makeup style and choice of colors. Sending you lots of love to you and the baby ♥️
Your dreams and passions don’t have to go away after motherhood. In fact, being a mother has made me stronger in my convictions and helped me to take even better care of myself. God is faithful. Wishing you all the joy your heart can hold, and then some! 🤰🏻💖 Being a mom is very challenging but SO much fun!
I appreciate this video very much. Let me say: You are beautiful without any makeup at all. So be confident knowing that you are a kind and likable person. Best wishes from Germany
I just discovered this and I just want to say that you are So beautiful! Your voice is so calming to listen to and you just have this amazing brightness to your voice and the happy way you speak about things! Even just from one video I get the feeling that you're going to be an amazing mom! Keep up the great work!
I work every Saturday and with that comes something after work.... Hanging out with friends or family or whatever and I'm always feeling like I'm rushing! So I'm trying to scale back and find a makeup routine that is quick and I feel beautiful and confident in. This is definitely something I will be trying out. Your definitely right about having a good skin care routine, if I'm keeping up with my skincare routine I can definitely get away with wearing less make-up.
Late to this party but very happy to have seen this! May I just ask what your skin type is? Given that I am inclined to try the brands used in the video 😊
I don’t wear make up, like, the last time was maybe 2020 (so 3 years ago), and even if I did before, it’s really minimal (after skin prep, BB cream, loose or pressed powder, tinted lip balm, and eyelash curler) and happens maybe just once a week or maybe less. It’s because I am not good with make up thingy and I can go on with my everyday life (including work and school days) without it. 😅 I am just leaving a comment to say that this girl is really beautiful. 😍 I think if I meet her in person she’ll be my girl crush. 😊 And that if I decide to really learn doing make up, I’ll learn from her channel. 😊 I even love her face prior to make up application in this video. Looks so fresh! 💖
Love this look! Lets normalize being able to be confident with no makeup! I'm definitely more of a skin care girl and being able to go out in public without anything but spf on my face and still feel like that girl is so rewarding
I bought the Saie Slip tint SPF and applied it on one hand to try it out. Oh, boy! The blurring effect is for real. My left hand I applied it to looks many years younger/hydrated than my right hand. I have been holding my hand up every few minutes and checking it :-) Thank you for the suggestions!
you said it looks different in real life that in the video. Maybe you can end the video with a before/after photo so we can have a more clear knolodge of how it actually look
For a non make up wearer, this is the most helpful minimalist make up video I've seen. Super easy to follow. Thanks!

Makeup has always intimidated me and I had to rely on relatives to help me prepare for formal occasions. I have managed to apply a full face of minimal makeup on my own thanks to your tutorial. Thank you!
She said it would be minimal make up look...and she did that beautifully. She explained all the points very naturally.. Best video 😊

🙏
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this routine! Makeup overwhelms me. I’ve been looking for a very simple and easy way of freshening up my face and this is it!
Exactly me ❤
Loving it ❤
I really love this style for you it literally looks like you have no make up on and show cases your natural beauty. Gorgeous!
Love the natural look so much better than the heavy makeup look, thank you so much lovely lady for this video!
60 and just starting to experiment with makeup and very glad I found your video!
I enjoy watching you so much! And I learn a lot watching your videos. I love your makeup style and choice of colors. Sending you lots of love to you and the baby ♥️
You are so beautiful Bre! I noticed how WHITE your eyes are. I was wondering if you apply eye drops to make them so bright and white ? I love it!!!
Hi, what is the color of the tinted moisturizer you used? It's really beautiful
It would be nice to see the list/colors of the products you used. Thanks.

Such a beautiful, soft look. Great video - P.S. You look amazing without makeup too!
This look is so natural looking, but also shows you tried lol I love it! Also, congrats on the baby! I hope you have a safe delivery
Wow you’re gorgeous!!! The telescopic mascara is the best. Thanks for the lesson!
I have recently found your channel and your tips are so helpful, thank you x
I never knew what bronzer was for. I love how it highlighted your face like that. I love this minimalist look yet it looks beautiful on you
Effortlessly beautiful! Congrats on your pregnancy ❤
You are so beautiful without makeup too! I wish I had such youthful skin like you. Loved your tutorial so much, thank you.
You made this look effortlessly beautiful ❤❤
Late to this party but very happy to have seen this! May I just ask what your skin type is? Given that I am inclined to try the brands used in the video 😊
Exactly the content I was looking for! Thank you ☺️❤
Wow really liked how approachable this was. I get super intimidated by makeup and tutorials. I’m going to give this a try!
The mascara and the blush were the game changer! So pretty!!
I am just leaving a comment to say that this girl is really beautiful. 😍 I think if I meet her in person she’ll be my girl crush. 😊 And that if I decide to really learn doing make up, I’ll learn from her channel. 😊 I even love her face prior to make up application in this video. Looks so fresh! 💖
En faite, tu es juste magnifique avec ou sans maquillage😉
Love this look! Lets normalize being able to be confident with no makeup! I'm definitely more of a skin care girl and being able to go out in public without anything but spf on my face and still feel like that girl is so rewarding
This video literally makes me want to get into make up. I love the clean natural look
You've got a great fresh face look! Love it! That's exactly it. You don't want to "make up" but you want to wear something.....Thank you
Hi Bre. Can you share the shade for the tinted moisturizer 😊
Oww yes please 😊
A tinted spf is very important/acts as foundation/base for natural look. Love your simple makeup look here
This is such a beautiful look! I love this! Thank you!
I bought the Saie Slip tint SPF and applied it on one hand to try it out. Oh, boy! The blurring effect is for real. My left hand I applied it to looks many years younger/hydrated than my right hand. I have been holding my hand up every few minutes and checking it :-)
Thank you for the suggestions!
you said it looks different in real life that in the video. Maybe you can end the video with a before/after photo so we can have a more clear knolodge of how it actually look
Yes please tell us what is the color of the Saie Tint and the Charlotte Tilbury wand????
the actual video starts at 1:50. You're welcome!
