Henryk the Chef in Fear and Hunger 2: Termina is a mysterious character from the Kingdom of Rondon. He is one of the earliest characters who can become moonscorched from the Trickster Moon God, Rher's influence. If not saved from the Mayor's Manor on the morning of Day 1, he will moonscorch into the Gentleman. This form shows his true form. If saved, he will be extremely helpful as he goes back to the train to cook food which will refill your party's hunger levels.

Infinite food might be pointless and a party member is more powerful but the thing is Abella for some reason unmoonscorches in Ending A if you dont kill chaugnar so To save them both save henryk

Honestly, TY for covering the story of such a possibility triggering game. The story is so captivating, but not everyone can put themselves through it so content like this makes the story so much easier to consume
It's decisions like this that make this game so devastating. Both Henryk and Abella are invaluable party members, but you can't save them both. You just can't. It's devastating to lose either of them, but you don't have a choice in the matter.
Dude’s mind must be exceptionally weak if he turns Moonscorched that fast.
I won't say weak, The guy was most likely abused, he was looking for a better life elsewhere which is why he was on the train in the first place. He was already at a low point in life and then he had to participate in a battle royale.
If anything, he's mentally strong because even during his lowest, he is looking for ways to help everybody
if you want the game to be easy you'll need to save him and Daan

I think it is for the infinite food he gives, but for me food has never been a problem in termina and Wrench toss is insanely good

@@tomasorellana8683 depends what ending you want but avoiding chaugnar is not that hard. I managed to get through the elevator, grab the key and escape through rher portal without even realising sprint was a mechanic yet.
His origin is a mystery, as devs are yet to introduce the Funger equivalent of Poland, to the lore xD
He poisons everybody? Yet another thing I learn even after playing with every character.
Yeah it's a harder one to see as you have to relocate him, but I'll be posting a video about it in the coming weeks :)
He won't if you keep him in the restaurant or cafe.
It's such a bizarre thing, and even if you mind-read him at every step during that event from start to finish it's never even on his mind

@@frostnova2144 it seems possible that something else caused him to moonscorch first, and THEN he poisons everyone as The Gentleman? I like Henryk, but he is a womanizer, maybe he gets painfully rejected lol. Or Rher doesn't like how helpful he is, and moonscorches him for funsies.

Sorry to ruin 69 comments, Why can't I save both him & Abella?
Not the 69 😂 interacting with one of them on day 1 morning will cause the other to Moonscorch, but you can save Henryk if playing as Abella
In my first and current playthrough I'm playing as Marcoh, I believe I'm on day 2 morning or mid day and my party members are Olivia and Marina. Am i cooked? I feel like Olivia does pretty good damage.

Yes, it's possible, but very hard
Playing as Abella is the most straightforward way.
If you want to save everyone as non-Abella, you need Rher book + high Rher affinity early in the game. And also you must go to temple district on day one to access the hexen and learn golden gate skill.
After that, you save henryk first, and go to any Rher dimension that has golden gate in it. Use the golden gate to go to bunker through alternative route, then save Abella.

I’d argue that his melee proficiency and cultural knowledge are clues to a royal or at the very least, aristocratic background. His moonscorched form being named the “gentleman” and immediately being driven to take an office of power supports this as well. Most likely he rejected his royal path for personal reasons and decided instead to sneak away and follow his passion of food. His presence in termina is a mystery though. It’s an odd choice for him to choose to travel to the front of the war just as the enemy has taken over but maybe his plan was to escape the allies territory and enter the Bremen’s territory to fully leave his past behind, but who knows
He may objectify some woman but he is not a truly evil guy like that guy who became a moonschorched called Monster.

Abella has short circuit and infinite stun
While henryk fills your hunger which needs a blood portal to be good, and he kills everyone in day 3. So just kill hum
I mean, I just like Henryk as a character more than Abella. Abella is kinda bland while Henryk is basically a normal guy slowly being driven crazy by the events of the game, which is why the Prehevil Bop scene works so well.

4. Probably got influence by caligura or the desperation of survival knowing he wont beat the other contestants leading to him poisoning everyone at the phrvl bop.
5. Abella has 2 event one where she gets molested and one in the secret at phrvl bop which is doesn't add any character development it only add backg info
